People who are abusing karunanidhi cant be equal to his hair..No one can equal his literature..Though as a politician he may do wrong but it is because of DMK or ADMK that low caste hindus have grown now in TN..He relieved low caste ppl from upper caste brahmins..But still he shuld not have told somthing worng on Hindu who consider Ram as God..

ya.. u r right..if it wasn't for periyar, brahmins will still be practising apartheid in TN.also we could hv enjoyed d kamraj type ruling..(bz dmk won't be n power) decency like periyar and rajaji relation(not like karunanidhi and mgr not talking to each other) no corruption n scientific way as sarkaria commission mentioned kaveri water dispute won't be like this

There cant be no denying that Tamilnadu is one of the examples where the suppressed communities have got their voice. But i would like to ask you guys a few questions. In TN, Dalit suppression is still on and Brahmins are a minuscule percentage and have no standing whatsoever in TN. All the caste violence in South TN have got nothing to do with Brahmins. What you said abt Brahmins could be true say 20 years back. You can judge as to who is responsible now. Dont fool yourselves thereby fooling others.

Dear abdul.. i agree with you. It is absolutely true that dravidian movement had brought in considerable upliftment of low caste hindu. Any person who have fair knowledge on dravidian movement can't deny that.

Karnanidhi doesn't have much of Hair. But, he is experienced enough kick out the Caste promoter Ram out of TN. Ramayan is not Tamilnadu culture and Ram is not TN hindus god. Hindus in TN follow the rich original traditions described in Thiruvasagam.

what do u mean by low and upper cost? karunanithi can give statement against brahmins easily as he knows they can't fight wth him. but can u pls answer the following Q as u feel more abt lower cost? 1.kiripatti.papapatti elections can't organised n proper manner..do u think it's bz of brahmin? 2.Most of the villages double glass system still there..do u think it's bz of brahmin? 3.lower cost ppl can't tkae the dead body thro' the normal way...do u think it's bz of brahmin? 4.some villages ppl can't walk with cheppal..do u think it's bz of brahmin?
If u think it's bz of brahmin ur karunanithi and veeramani can stop that n a day.it's not that way so..their pakuththarivu allow this and u ppl praise them as lower cost ppl god.

Venkat, The whole caste system is started by Brahmins. and it's still continuing... it's not easy to eradicate the caste system of thousands of years within 60 years of independce. it needs more step.
and one of those steps is removing the Bridge built by so called Caste promoter Ram. Karunanidhi will complete the task before his death.

shiva,Sorry ya not teasing you,but please relaise ,,these Dk,dmk guy thrown tamily in which state we know , now every one kamraj rule..y we never saying we need karunadi rule or some x rule,,, because they dont have any face...
This is good.Since we have all calmed down now,let us make this resolve that in other chat forums where rediff places communally sensitive articles we will diffuse situations. The reason why i made sense here was because it is late at night and there are lesser posts. Sometimes at day time i have seen the situation uncontrollable.PPl abuse each other everysecond our sane voices are always buried. Since i have some saner ppl like Pritish,Mirror, Virgo, Pandu etc next time we will have a larger force to get more ppl on board and unite

My dear MIRROR, Thanks for saying JAI HIND, SORRY for late reply. I always try to stop people when they use abusing word irrespective of religion, caste... I believe in being INDIAN, everything is secondary to me and the same i expect. I respect others and want same back.
