What BS !! Islam is only 1400 yrs old...even the Pythagoras Theorem precedes it by a cool 1000 years...Archimedes, Ptolemy, Euclid, Aristotle, Socrates did far more work hundreds of years before with all Muslims put together. Muslim scholars in Al Mansurs court did do a lot of translation work but vry few original work. Al Mansur even eomployed Hindu scholars for teaching Math & Sciences in Damascus. Indeed Al Khwarazims book of Mathematics is called 'Hindu Mathematics' by Al Khwarazim. For some strange reasons Islam promoters exaggerate too much of their accomplishment. The only people who can really lay claim to fame are Jews..a tiny community which contributed most..but you wont find Jews blowing their trumpet like Islamists !
