Will this be an 'official' visit, or a personal one, as head of the Congress Party? She's neither the PM nor Prez, nor a cabinet member, therefore her visit cannot be an 'official' one, seeing as she's not a govt official of any kind. This just goes to show that everyone the world over recognizes her as the Boss and not MMS, who they see as her underling, her proxy.
If she is using taxpayers money for this visit, it is shameful. Since when did heads of ruling parties start visiting other countries? have you ever heard of any foreign head of ruling party visiting India?
