be aware brothers and sisters... leave politics alone.. whetehr the left opposes an congress proposes.. thats differnet thing but think... in whole of world US has gots its military base beore the Afgan and IRAQ war ( which USA self started ) US had no army base in west asia and south east asia.. to combat teh growing military power of china and somehow it wanted those bases so their first plan was Afghanistan allying with Pakistan ! and then IRAQ... now if saddam was not permissible hows mush... anyways thats another matter but why i am writing this is understand the USA policies... the parties change there but not their policies learn from them.. why do we behave like shekhchillis by giving access to the technology which they denied us 40 years ago !!! our scientists toiled ahrd to make us what we are today on global nuclear map why let their efforts go in vain.. and btw who is USA.. did other countires die when sanctions were imposed on them.. just think if we recall our engineers and doctors formt here what would USA be? A HANDICAPPED SO CALLED SUPERPOWER ! our tendency makes us slaves our history says so.. we have always shifted terms for some monetary gains and same happens even today when our doctors and engineers ( free seat admitted students are paid by government dont forget that) selfishly leave country for monetary gains forgetting what was govt role in making them what they are,.. please dont succumb to USA its nothing but a 10 inch wide wall with air filled in !

Today nobody make us slave.You are your own.With 123 we get technology and nuclear acceptance easily.No reinventing the nuclear wheel.We get nuclear raw material @ technology.Over time we are KPO/BPO of world nuclear technology.There can be no better deal.Only you can break it.
