No one can change the situation till the supporters to the actual doers are clipped. All are concerned with their concerns but dont AMU authorities should be held responsible for anything wrong being done in AMU? It's who in steering position? Parents send their children for AMU not for criminals or helpless AMU authorities or for death???

Many yars ago, there was a proposal to remove Hindu from BHU and M from AMU....everybody and their aunts had long spells of hissy fits accompanied by stomach aches and severe bouts of diarrhoea. I agree with you, but you know the reality!
i will request the authorities to abolish the student unions.. look at BHU it was worse than AMU at a time... now after abolition of student unions its peacefull and academic..... expel people who are not completing their academic credentials.....

hi banarsi! may be u r right. At times we have to rethink our deeds. Student's union is a double edge sword and if the basic control goes chaotic then it has to be scrapped. And if it supports and stengthens the basic agenda of any Institute then its a wonderful thing to carry on.

WELL SAID I WAS MY SELF A STUDENT LEADER WHEN IN COLLEGE , ELECTION ARE NOTHING BUT A PRESTIGE ISSUE. AFTER ELECTION NO BODY EXACTLY KNOWS WHAT TO DO ?
WHEN MP AND MLA DOES NOT NO WHAT TO DO AFTER ELECTION WHAT WILL YOU EXPECT FROM STUDENTS.
TILL TODAY ENIMITY CONTINUES BECAUSE OF COLLEGE ELECTION
