Nowadays we witness that Non Brahmins (SC/ST/BC/OBC) are trapped by the Brahmins conspiracy of exaggeration and false propagation about Hinduism. They started influencing us even they are very less in proportion. They are succeeding in their endeavor with the help of Hinduism. We know that Brahmins will never realize their deeds and repent for their well planned supremacy over the majority people.

When such an amount of explosives are used in fighting, and huge amount of poisonous war related materials are used in this waters, none of this people made a voice.
In my opinion, once this canal is opened up, there will be heightened security along the indian coasts, that will avoid indian fisherman being shot, or arrested.
Even three days ago, 10 fishermen were arrested along with the boats by the Srilankan Navy - while, India says it has increased the security in this region!
Do not worry about fishes, and corals. They are not affected, and they will survive at any conditions - once there is water!

Dear Friends, Each piece of land that connected India and Sri lanka submerged naturally, (and dispersed) to form the present day 'appearance' of a narrow strip. When each piece of land disappeared, the height of Tuticorin coastal area increased, and each time ports in this area shifted - means that, the material from these landmasses deposited along this seashore (Within last 2000 years). In this context, there is no need for a bridge to be built to go to Sri Lanka! You can just walk!
In another way if we consider, if we want to build such a huge landmass (approximately 21 kilometers with few kilometers wide and a kilometer deep,) we would have taken this mud from Rameshwaram coast. Can we pinpoint a place in Rameshwaram %u2013 from which place, that mud, stone and sand is used for this bridge? For instance, we have evidences in Tirunelveli from where stones were transported while constructing each temple in Southern Tamil Nadu (Mega Temples of Madurai, Tiruchendur, Tirunelveli etc.) Most of the temples in this belt used stones from Ambasamudram - Kallidaikurichchi Area. However, if we need stones to build a bridge - that you claim was built from Rameshwaram - the entire mountains of the agasthya hills are not sufficient!
