While rest of the world is trying to go secular. Govts in india are going the taliban way. TN govt with its Muslim Quota, Orissa govt with this law just shows how low can politicians stoop for vote bank politics. trust me, if fidayeen have enough votes, they would not hesitate to declare suicide-attacks as 'freedom of speech'.
If we dream to lead our nation par excellence, uniform law should be implemented. I mean one country-one law for all, irrespective of caste, creed, faith and religion. See USA. Depicting a cartoon of prophet deserves Phatwa by muslim heads (to kill the cortoonist). While depicting nude picture of Goddess Saraswati, the cartoonist M.F.Hussein deserves reward by Kerala Govt. Where is equal justice?

This was not muslim law, it was fatwa issued by some stupid moulvi. Even muslim personal law rejected it.
WHAT DO OUR POLITICIANS HAVE IN MIND? DO THEY WANT TO RUN A PARALLEL GOVERNMENT EXCLUSIVELY FOR MUSLIMS. ANYONE LIVING IN INDIA IS FIRST AN INDIAN THEN ONLY SHOULD BE RECOGNISED BY THEIR RELIGION AND SECT. THE LAW OF LAND SHOULD BE APPLICABLE TO ONE AND ALL AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DISCRIMINATION TO ANY SECT OR RELIGION. ANY INJUSTICE DONE TO ANY PUPIL OF ANY RELIGION OR COMMUNITY SHOULD BE PUNISHED AS PER INDIAN PENAL CODE AND NOT AS PER RELIGIOUS LAW OF MUSLIMS ARE ANY OTHER RELIGION. ALREADY THE COUNTRY SUFFERED AFTER THE PARTITION. THE DECISION OF THE STUPID MINISTER SHOULD BE VIEWED SERIOUSLY BY THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AND THE SC SHOULD TAKE UP THE MATTER SERIOUSLY IN THE INTEREST OF THE NATION.

Don't divert the topic by stating personal life of someone who bears muslim name. Have a look at what Shariah says authentically and don't take someone's decision on someone's life.
If Orisa is going to follow the Great Shariath Law for muslim community, what r ur community going to loose. If ur community is not going to loose anything then, it shows just a jealosy of non-mulims as they don't have such a great laws in their own community they beloging to.

Logically there is no hurt on hindus due to implmentation of the Great Law of muslim. If Govt. implements Hidu's law on Hindu,it is NOT a matter of hurting non-hindus.
