1) do not show same stories again and again 2) do not show any program which is agains constitutional requirement to promote secularism 3) TV will not allow anyone opposed to secularism to come on TV 4) TV will abide with government guidelines which issues related to religion or caste come up in public domain Most English channels abide by the above code - but Hindi channels promote superstition and are anti-secular . They incite masses to get higher TRPs. I watch both Hindi and English channels and this observation can be certified.

Conversions are a the greatest threat to social harmony in this country and biggest threat to the secular fabric of this country. Hindu gods and traditions have been abused for the last the last 1000 years and continued aggressive conversions is adding to social disharmony in this country. This law must apply strictly even if a person marries someone of another religion so that such marriage does not force a person to change one's religion. Conversions are a threat to secularism because they make religious groups insecure and make them turn to violence .Ban on conversions does not mean that a Hindu cannot pray to Allah or go to a church. Of course they can do it - Hinduism allows for 33 crore Gods - what is another two for them ?? Further - the temples must open doors to believers of ALL religions - anybody who believes in a Hindu God will be allowed in irrespective of caste, sex , race or religion.
