Participating in a government function at Salem on Friday, Mr Karunanidhi asserted that there was no historical evidence %u201Cfor the existence of Rama or this bridge (Rama Sethu).%u201D He further spelled out his Dravidian argument on Saturday morning at nearby Yercaud, saying there was never a bridge built by Lord Rama. %u201CThere was not even an engineer named Ramar credited with building that bridge,%u201D he said.
While there was no historical or scientific evidence of Lord Rama or his bridge, there was enough material to show neither existed, he argued. %u201CPandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the great rationalist and most revered among the Congress leaders, who led the country as Prime Minister for 20 years, had himself written in his historical work that Rama and the Ramayana were imaginary and mere mythology scripted on the basis of a war between the Aryans and the Dravidians,%u201D said the DMK chief.

Thank you, Great video about Kaaba. Islam is completely exposed. All the muslims who think that theirs is a great religion has to think twice now.
Manmohan done N issue a great thing but on other hand you cannot ignore the religious issue. Our PM is a great economist but there are few other things that exists in the world and more stronger then economics, money and politics. That is society and culture. India is a country for religion at known for its great culture. Being a Hindu, I cannot accept continuously attacks on my religion. It is a matter of faith. You cannot disapprove that there was no Rama, a person, idol for Hindu civilization. Hindu belief a god. Everything cannot be materialistic.Then there would be no meaning of parent, elders and society and even humanity. I dont see any cause to blame BJP because this party always supported development and US centric. But Hinduism is not a thing that can be ignored always. "Hinduism is a way of life-M.Radhakrishnan". This great culture follows Ram and don't attack any other religion and believe in Karma. You cannot ignore this matter saying this was a mistake of some ASI people and can't apploud government for an agreement done with a country.Can one Would support destruction of Jama Masjid or Swarn Mandir for easing traffic and building MNCs in Delhi? I don't understand why everybody starts blaming Hindu religion. Can these politician say same for other religion? Nuclear issue is a great step towards development and peace. People should vote based on their judgement. Ofcourse, Lefties decision is desasterous for our country.

In China - anyone who comes in the way of development projects such as dams , roads, bridges or building is either shot or sent to labor camps. They are progressing and we are regressing despite best efforts of Manmohan , Chidambram and Montek Singh Ahluwalia - the greatest development economists the world has ever seen. just remember, China is not a democracy. it is a communist state.
Debate is always a part of a healthy democracy. it does not matter if India takes a few years more to catch up with China. but we should do so at the cost of sacrificing our democratic instituition and our cultural heritage.
and about the holy trinity. yes, they maybe good economists but they are not good leaders. and we need a P.M. who is a good leader.

So, according to you, you'd prefer the communist way of shooting people or wiping out communities like flies in the name of development? Mmmm--- have you ever lived in china, or visited it? The first person to be shot would be you and your kind, simply because they might see you as a useless wastral. China has wiped out numerous natural resources and communities in the name of development and is paying the prize for it. Corruption in china is rampant, far more than in India - the only difference is that if an official is caught or exposed by a western media, he/she is executed in public as part of the show. Every communist leader and official has his fingers in the pie.
The common man is the most oppressed in china. Recently, china lost billions of dollars when all the toys made in china and exported to the west were recalled in the US and Europe because they were made with poisonous material - all sanctioned by the chinese government. Their food products in Europe have been recalled because they contain very high levels of toxic substances. Their exports to western world has taken a very heavy beating in the last few years. There are so many challenges that western companies are facing in china - far more than they do in India.

You are very uneducated, and a blind congress worshipper. MM Singh is the 'greatest development economists?' Ha..ha..ha. That guy was a 3rd rate economist, until PM Rao thrust him into power. Much of the liberalization was Rao's policy and strategy - that is well known among the economist circles. What next, according to you - Sonia Gandhi should get the noble prize for Physics?

In TamilNadu, there is this atheist government run by DMK whose leader ridicules and abuses Hindu Gods and then says that Hindus are Thieves. Ok that is his personal view. But his government is also controlling the administration of leading temples. Why?
If someone criticises and abuses your mother non stop and at same time comes to your home and stays and asks her food/money, will you agree? Like that, DMK Govt or for that sake any govt, should not control temples. Temples are for believes and devotees . Keep away from temples and concentrate on the others.
