What is Raam Sethu? Stretch of limestone shoals between Dhanushkodi near Rameshwaram in Southern India and Manner in Northwest Sri Lanka.
The Archeological Survey of India decided that Raam Sethu is a myth and Vanara Sena never constructed it. This not even hurts emotions of millions of Indians but degraded our perspective about religion before the world.
NASA..hmmmm..: First of all, do we need NASA to certify that Raam Sethu is not a man build bridge? How old is NASA and how genuine is the outfit that sends Astronomers into space who are drunk 12 hours before the flight. Lets DONOT even dare to have an alternate name "Adam's Bridge" for Raam Sethu. This is not just an issue with bridge. There are sentiments of millions of people associated with it.
When we as humans are not even able to decipher what our complex "brains" think how on the earth can a report refute that Raam Sethu is a myth which has been in existence for lakhs of years.
Ramayana was written centuries back and had a mention of "pushpaka vimanam" before anyone dreamt of modern day airplane. Did Valmiki had a NASA scientist around him when he wrote Ramayana who verified the logic we use today.?
The modern day missile head to head collusion technology (the theory of arrows being destroyed in air) has been elaborately described in Ramayana way before there was NASA to proof read it.

Hello Nasa critic, - iam with you.
You people first took NASA photo and potrayed as the proof of rama bridge. Now when NASA denies it you people are hitting at NASA.
Why do one needs NASA to proove about rama bridge.
Do you know the whole story of rama is itself a myth.?No need to goto NASA at all.
During the period of RAMA story,according to science there was no islands in Indian ocean. At that time indian subcontinent was as far till the current MADSAGSCAR country.
I am with you. Tell me now in that case there is no srilanka and no rameswaram. This shows that ramayana is a story and myth.

Another survey (scientifically done - u idiot) indicated that the presence of this bridge has really prevented a huge loss to India during Psunami threat last year. Dear Sridhar 1. Religion can't be ignored 2. The corals in Ram Sethu are an envioronmental treasure. You are suggesting environmental trespass, and the corals are supposed to have protected the Kerals from the Tsunami effect 3. The total time advantage will just be 12 hours, nothing to boast of in terms of economic benefits 4. Only 10% ships will be allowed to pass through, as it has the capacity to allow low tonnage ships. I dont support BJP, but idiots like you, with no sense of economic/environment/religious suitability and desirability, just to have some say, jump into a discussion without any heads or tails. Sridhar, that was a nice one. But do think, there are some of indians who still believe in hinduism and am one of them. what u said FINANCIAL PROFITABLE VENTURE can still be achieved without breaking Rama sethu and hurting some sentiments.How atheist u may be, u do have some senti's. There is an another alternate route to this which is through the Connection b/n TaminNadu core and Rameshwaram where the Pamban bridge exists now.May be to your suprise,this is a much better alternative by reducing the round journey over rameshwaram and reducing somes millions of dollars.

When the bridge was built it was above water level, due to global warming water level has raised above the bridge and today you are seeing bridge under water that's it.

Please know the fact that 25% of snow of mountain are formed water due to global warming since long years so that the bridge is submerged into the water.
