I do not the issue is who built the dam? The issue is whether we can dig a channel through it. I am sure the God who built himself would happily allow this to happen as this save lots of time and money. Why do we fight against and waste our time? Look at the practical solutions to this issue. Calling religious sentiments will ruin us. Please think wisely.
