HR Bhardwaj is born and brought up in a brahmmin family whose forfathers in general might have preached to the people teachings from Lord RAMA's life. He might have learned a lot himself from Ramayana to shape his personal life. I am surprised how this kind of person can advocate non existance of Lord Rama or Ram setu. By doing so he has abused his forfathers to hold his chair. Cann't he tell manmohan and sonia gandhi that this is a matter of aastha/belief of millions of people and no scientific proof is required at all. All hindu politicians have lost their self respect in congress and they are insulting the whole community by not showing any protest on these remarks of lord RAMA
Let the government pay extra money for the oil so that they go around the bridge...will you dare to remove a mosque if its obstructing a road...i will show you thousands of examples in hyderabad...so be truly secular...Are the tamilians thinking that they are from ravana family? how are you people supporting such a move for some economic gain...we can earn money in many ways...but once these historic things get lost...you can not retrieve them...

Yes...when there are six other alternatives for the same project, why to demolish Ram-Sethu.
Man has made god, not the other way round. Religion is also man made. It is strange that people are fighting like this. All religions, Hinduism, Islam, Christainity are just based on fantastic stories, serpents talking, virgins giving birth, flying chariots, monkeys flying and Man-written so called holy books. All religions have their foundation and basis from these books of fables(Koran, bible and Gita). Before you all start fighting, think for a moment...What is more probable? That religion and God really does not exist...Or whether you choose to follow a fantastic book written 1000's of years ago. I am an atheist, don't believe in your Ram, Christ or Allah and yet I am not struck down by lightning(LOL), I am infact very successful. If God existed would he not punish me? The very fact that human beings believe that god can be happy, be pleased, will get annoyed and punish, tests human beings..itself shows that this god is very incompetent, like a child whining for attention! Please follow the path of true science NOT MAGICAL STORIES

Everybody is not "GR8" like you. Everybody is not "INTEllIGENT" like you. Everybody is not " FREE FROM ALL TENSIONS" like you. I agree,one can not prove existence of god scientifically. But does science solves all your problem. The GOD is always a last hope. Just visit a nerby temple/ mosque/ church. You will find a lot of people, one might be praying for good health, other might be for monetary issues, third one might be marriage/personal life and so on. Since there is a lot technological development, it doesn't means the life for human being is easy. One more point,most of the people fear to only god. In other word, so called sins are in control because of god concept only. Just think, what will happen in society, if everybody is atheist like you.
I agree, there is a lot of wrong doing in the name of god. Definately that should be stopped.

True...there is no God. True...all the fancy things mentioned could be exagerration...but its required for the society to survive... See mr udayam...if you want absolute logic...then lets follow survival of the fittest...lets wage wars ...let us not help the weak..let us see who is the fittest and eliminate the weak...shall we? Religion is a means to know the purpose of life..it in turn helps the society live peacefully...stop mixing logic with religion...this logic is hards 100yrs old ...

Why should GOD punish you. GOD does not punish anyone, its your on Karma which will punish or reward you. In olden days fables were told because writing was not developed and fables were easy to explain and understood. Stories were told in descriptive manner as once one German learning theology asked his prof, if there was Golden Lanka as written in Ramayana then by digging in srilanka we may get Gold. His prof replied that by Golden lanka doesnt mean city made with Gold but it means Gold or Greed was main criteria in all their relations with each others. As for science, try to read about randomness, chaos theory, chance, evolution to understand about some external force which could be involved. It may not be God as humans have understood but its close enough.
It is highly condemnable on the report of ASI as an affidavit filed in SC on Sethu Samuthiram Shipping canal project questioning the very existence of Ram and Ramayana which are basic roots of our culture. This clearly indicates the level of bureaucracy in our country will bend to such an extent aligning with power at the centre. If Rama is not exist according to ASI, Krishna is also not exist and Bhagawad Gita is also not exist and so on. Only Ravana, Duriyodhana existed and also available now in the form of such as those reponsible for this report by ASI and others interested in distroying Ram Sethu. Protestors are not against the Sethu Canal Project, but the alignment destraying the Ram Sehu which is a real existing evidence for the Ramayana, Ram, Hindu belief our culture. If Ram sehu is destroyed, Karunanidhi and TR Balu are plannind to speak in public meeting that "The lord Ram could not able to protect his own bridg, then how can he protect u.". The he will tell "our Gods are Periyar, Anna durai, my self." They will also tell "we are all Dravidargal, Ram is Aryan. Ravana is Dravidan.So, we will worship only Ravana". What a shame in our country, to question the existence of basic hindu ideal (Ram)and belief of crores Hindus and cultural weave for our entire nation. Such ASI reports and attempts to destroy the Ram sethu thereby, hurting the sentiments of millions of Hindus who are majority in our country SPARKS INCIDENTS SUCH AS AYODHYA INITIATED BY PSEUDO SECULARIS

Stop making such sili statement that this was created by Ram. Scientist knows very well that there was a series of Mountains and it might possible that in past it might sufficiently high to walk. I am not talking about existence of Ram. I am talking about development of country and to save money/time/oil canal should be there. One Yoga person(Ramdev) told that we should not destroy natural things then why you did not protest against canals, dam etc. I think, we should do goverment, whatever is beneficiary for our country, which is to create canal. If you will fight in such things then you are nothing more then blind followere of religion, which might be good for you or bad.

The Archelogical survey of India should refrain from making statement other than subject matter of Sethu Samudram Shipping Canal Project. This type of statement will only help fanatics to take advantage on the situation and put nation into back.
These ministers need a foreigner to correct their foolish ideas and take credit for that correction. Our Ambassdor used the apt word against our law makers!!

All this is because Sonia is very much 'upset' with error. Not because majority of people are upset with the error.
