its really surprising that the affidavit filed by the ASI went without scrutiny by the law department and the culture dept. the govt decided to file the affidavit as if no one in the govt knew about it, and when uproar is crated by the people our saint sonia would come as if she does not know anything about the affidavit and claim to be sad about the affidavit, so she can claim more respect from the so called secular brigade which was silent even when taslima nasreen was attacked by the muslim fundamentalists. now they r no where to be seen it seems that secularism has dual identity

In case govt makes similiar remark against allah, christ or bhudha......there would be protest from all political parties and so called intellectuals like arunadhati roy, shaban azami etc aprt from buring of government property by hooligans. But now there is no one to protest as if it was the right of govt to ridicult Hindu beiliefs and Gods. How does so called securalist define the meaning of securalism, they seem to be biased.
Please people be clear abt the converts in congress like Ambika Soni and many others who are back stapping hindus and are just the agents of missionaries.

Hinduism has seen many crusades from Islam and Christianity for ages but it is still surviving.. It never forces anyone to follow any forced dogmas which are done by islam and christianity. It is a free religion and keeps you a free individual. not like if you abuse Quran you are kaafir and if you abuse bible you are son of satan. these kind of philosophies are thaught in those religions and where as in hinduism no one find fault in the way you pray to God, or in the way you perform your religious activities. Only BHAKTI is givem more importance. It is the only religion which preaches "SARVEJANA SUKHINOBAVANTHU".
Hinduism is all about goodness which exists in every man.
Instaed of passing silly comments please read scriptures of Indian culture and you would be surprised how wise our sages were...

whats the big deal folks??? In India, every tomdick and harry keeps saying stuff for personal gain. why do we fight over it? A month from now, Advani, Sonia, Vajpai, Karat, Manmohan and all these folks won't even remember this issue. They'll find new things to influence people and gain some more MONEY!! why don't we learn a lesson from them, at least?? I'm not suggesting that we start being more selfish than we already are - but let's choose our battles wisely.... we can't fight it all and thats not even necessary. hope I make some sense!!

Rama did exist,so did Jesus and Mohammed.They were given superhuman qualities in the Books,but they may have been men with godly qualities.As Hindus we worship such heroes and heroines and also the elements in nature.We are not ashamed,apologetic or doubtful as you may think.Infact it ia liberating experience to find God in nature and seeing God in every atom rather than thinking this is sin,hthat is sin,our God is the only God etc etc always fearful about the headcount of the religious community as practised by Semitic religions(Judaism is an exception).We are not askingg you to follow our path.
