Mr Imran there are no rules & laws here in India. It is evident from the deeds of Congress. Remember, how Rajiv Gandhi, the then PM turned down the verdict of Supreme Court in the case of Shah Bano. So when, in this country, even the oldest party, which claims to have brought independence, does not follow the Indian laws, who else you are expecting to? Furthermore, it is in India, by virtue of the deeds of Congress that there are huge no of ammendments in constitution. You will not find such rape of constitution in any of the country in the world/

Thats my point...when Muslims act like animals, all Hindus are ready to point fingers...But now it is a "Hindu-Problem"...How convenient.
I did criticize Muslims for their reaction against Tasleema Nasreen...But still all the people on this forum took cheap shots at our prophet and the who Muslim Community.
So where are the HINDU Moderates today ?
Why isn't any Hindu asking others to obey the LAW ?
How is their Patriotism NOT questioned ?

There should be no double standard . All we are asking is that make a statement (Affidavit in court would be better)that there is no proof for existence of allah.

Double standards are being implemented by Congress and not by Hindus. When Hindus see that for one reason, muslims are generously benefitted and for the same Hindus are suppressed without any logical reason. So there comes the comparison and therefore Muslims. In fact you are crying for moderate hindus, but have you ever thought about the moderate muslims? leave your example aside but how many moderate muslims are there?

Old Testament is Torah revealed to Moses with Laws . So as no New testament is Bible revealed.

I think the land shouldnt be used for any purpose oder dan religious ....If there is a religious aspect to the land....It just doesnt matter wether Sri Ram existed or not even if Ramayan is pure mythological story ....there is a belief of millions on dat and takes aspiration in their life from it ...to live in a decent manner..Moreover its kind of funny the way government is trying to prove dere was no Sri Ram..I mean does archaelogist etc are 100% sure about what happened in da world from its conception..Archaelogy is a science but wid limitations....Does it not make more sense for the government to respect peoples belief also and give them a freedom and sense of security in the related matters ..Hindus and Muslims included..Last it seems nothing more than a polotical stunt...

Dear Friend Ali, You got to know first that the above debate is not about any peice of land. It relates to the sethu samudram project which intends to reduce the navigation time of ships from Tamilnadu to Sri Lanka. Earlier, the ships had to navigate a long distance and travel thruogh Bay of Bengal. Connecting India and SL by the shortest possible route ( may be by dredging and digging (near adams bridge)) will only save time, money and cost economics. Further it will lead to increased trade. No doubt, religious sentiments should be always respected but at the same time, there should be a reasonable enough arguement. Whatever the Apex court decides shall be abided. If ASI has given its side of theory, the other side has full authority to substantiate its record. One thing to be always kept in mind is, we are a developing country and the growth progress shall never be hindered by unnecessary political gimmicks and cheap publicity stunts as it in no way helps.

Hi Arafat , Thanks for the detailed info .U have a point ..However I still feel government can find out alternative path on the same geographical area ..Instead of making a polotical gimmick ..well u r correct when u said development needs no religion but are Indians dat educated ....Just check around the messages in the board and u will know why development over religion isnt possible amongst this level of religious understanding of masses

Few days back all of us were abusing CPM and supporting UPA govt for Nuclear deal. With today's development I'm all for CPM and heartily wish they bring down the govt. UPA made a big mistake by alienating majortiy and appeasing the minority. Now, they will just wash out in the upcoming elections.
