Missing the larger truth
by rangdebasanti on Sep 13, 2007 04:41 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

ASI has missed the largest truth of the peninsula, that's India. Let's call it the Bharat or the Aryabarta as the names supposed to have flown down from the past.

We human beings always believe in what has been seen through. There are exceptions like Mary being a virgin gave birth to a child jesus. Similar in our mythelogy Kunti giving birth to Karna by her ear. Both are scintifically ridiculous.

But what is not at all ridiculous is the truth and that is, the believe of mor ethan 70 crores of Hindu in Maryada Purushottam Ram. Who cares whether he existed in ASI's research or not? But he exists in our heart, mind and brain. What the ASI is trying to prove? Do they have enough intelligence to prove that, Ram never existed? I think the whole country and more than the country half of the mankind will turn into a turmoil. We are actually have landed in the FOOLS' ERA, where the lagaams of the nation running horses are in an Italian waitress' hand and one of the most advanced intellectual of India's so called modern era is licking her foot. And the irony is both of them are beyond their time to understand that, this licking results into disaster and nothing else.

Why the govt is wasting time? Why can't they withdraw the statement? Do they really want a fire in this country?

In other throughts, is the ASI chief paid high by China or ISI/Al Qeida or CIA?

We are proud Indians and we are proud of Ram and his ideology; now a birdbrain tries to snatch that pride.

Hey Ram.

Hasn't it ever occured why only rediff has this heading and none of the mainstream media has this inflammatory heading that the govt. has challenged the existence of Ram ??

Please credit the govt. with lil more sensitivity than to do such a thing.

milind, I just checked Indian Express, Indiatimes and NDTV. All of them have made it their headline. Not sure whether my wife can appear her driving test tomorrow or not. if she can't, which will affect my son's school attendance and ultimately his education < i will put the whole blame on this issue.

Will you be a part of that?

My kind suggesstion is: be a part of the larget truth or remain quiet.

I checked....They have correctly reported that there was no historical evidence of Ram Sethu......not Ram per se !!! Thats a big difference.

Blood shed in the name of religion is very bad but keeping quiet and not protesting when people are trying to deny your religion's identitiy is also not right.

Sorry, to be intrusive in your family matters but had it been so urgent then why did not your wife appeared for the test earlier and if your son has suffered due to that reason for so long then why are you cribbing just for tomorrow.

I wish your son a good future.

I donot know to which religion you belong but if you have trust in any god then please have guts to say that what the govt is trying to prove against Lord Ram is wrong.

Fact of the matter is: Secularism now means hostility towards Hinduism, and meek surrender to Xtianity, Islam.

Fact of the matter is: Secularism now means hostility towards Hinduism, and meek surrender to Xtianity, Islam.

This has been proved again and again.

Today, Kerala High Court stopped Leftist Kerala Govt giving awards to MF Hussain.

UNLESS HINDUS, THEIR SENSITIVITIES ARE DELIBERATELY TRUMPLED UPON, YOU CANNOT BE SECULAR.

THIS IS DOING GREAT HARM TO SECULARISM IN THE LONG RUN. A GROWING SECTION OF HINDUS ARE LOOSING FAITH IN SECULATRISM, AND BECOMING AGGRESSIVE.

SOCIETY WILL PAY A HUGE PRICE FOR FEW SECULAR FUNDAMENTALIST.

And what legality? Like allowing Mr Q flee with Tax payers money?

Its about religious sensitivities. Unless Hinduism, Hindu culture is deliberately looked down upon, one cannot flout his secular image.

Ram Sethu CONSTRUCTED BY " VANARA SENA " IN TRETA YUGA. BUT NOW NASA PEOPLE FIND IT THAT IT IS THERE AND THEY NAMED IT AS " ADAM BRIDGE" .

IS IT CORRECT TO CALL the ancient Bridge WITH THAT new and Alien Name???? THINK OF IT.

Will they ever accept if we change the name of the "London Bridge" as "Laxman Jhoola"? !!!?

SO , NOW , WE WILL SPREAD THE TRUTH ALL OVER THE WORLD. DO YOUR CONTRIBUTION, SEND THIS TO EVERYBODY .

NASA SHUTTLE IMAGES OF A MYSTERIOUS ANCIENT BRIDGE BETWEEN INDIA AND SRILANKA

Courtesy : NASA Digital Image Collection

The recently discovered bridge currently named as Adam's Bridge made of chain of shoals, c.18 mi (30 km) long, in the Palk Strait between India and Sri Lanka, reveals a mystery behind it. The bridge's unique curvature and composition! by age reveals that it is man made. The legends as well as Archeological studies reveal that the first signs of human inhabitants in Sri Lanka date back to the a primitive age, about 17,50,000 years ago and the bridge's age is also almost equivalent. This information is a crucial aspect for an insight into the mysterious legend called Ramayana, which was supposed to have taken place in tretha yuga (more than 17,00,000 years ago). This information is a crucial aspect for an insight into the mysterious legend called Ramayana, which was supposed to have taken place in tretha yuga (more than 17,00,000 years ago). Mention in Ramayana and existence in actual can be coincidental.

The muslim holy month is coming up. expect a flood of Ifthar parties by manmohan and sonia without questioning the historicity of kaaba, mohammed or existence of allah. Has anyone heard of diwali parties? wake up!! I hate that the holy month of this sadistic cult which calls for murder of innocents is called Ramzan..its spoiling the name of Sri Ram.

All religions welcome!
by Abhishek Banerjee on Sep 13, 2007 04:32 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The government's argument that Ram is mythical is redundant since religion BY DEFINITION is unscientific. However, our GLORIOUS CONSTITUTION PROTECTS FREE SPEECH AND THOUGHT. As such, all religions are welcome in India as long as they do not DISRUPT CIVIL SOCIETY. Islam is one such faith. ISLAM IS THE NO.1 CAUSE (GEOGRAPHICALLY) FOR CARNAGE ACROSS THE WORLD. THESE PEOPLE BELIEVE IN A PERVERTED PROPHET WHOSE OWN SEXUAL LIFE PROVIDES AMPLE EVIDENCE OF HIS DEPRAVITY. THEY SEEK TO FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE AND VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF INDIAN CITIZENS, PARTICULARLY WOMEN. Madarsas which teach about this depraved philosophy should be placed under govt supervision and it should be discussed whether sending minor children to MADARSAS CONSTITUTES CHILD ABUSE. if the govt does that instead of filing paperwork trying to insult the beliefs of the MOST BENIGN RELIGIOUS GROUP IN THE WORLD, I will support it!

dude wake up look around u there are people dying of hunger.....farmers commiting suicide....and so many things more importsant...it is high time u understand your reponsibilities come for your country and its people and not you religion. "The Rs 2,427-crore dredging project will allow ships to sail between the east and west coasts of India without having to circumvent Sri Lanka, saving 780km and up to 30 hours of sailing time." some thing like this would be a bonus to our economy..it will give the govt money to finance its deficit and use the surplus to spend on welfare schemes....

I am a Christian. When i was young my friends used to ask me how i could believe that Jesus was born to a virgin, how a snake spoke to Eve etc. I used to counter it with how a person have 100 kids or how a monkey could fly etc.
The answer (i realized over time is simple) its religion and we have been taught it by our upbringing. Questioning any religion never gets you anywhere. If you believe what you believe then you will be in peace.
Of the things you said above have you in first hand seen/experienced anything (about Madarasas or violations or whatever)or is this all based on your general hatred to some peoples actions, which again you heard of.

You guys have been criticising other religions and faiths. But, the reality is CHRISTIANS HAVE NOT COME OUT WITH THE CONCLUSION ABOUT THIS RAM BRIDGE. IT IS YOUR "OWN" HINDUS WHO HAVE CONCLUDED THAT IT NEVER EXISTED.

Why are you guys jumping up and down criticising others for this?
