Guys please re-read the last line of this article....It says everything :

Sonia, it is not only about that he rescued her wife from Ravan.
But from his childhood he killed bad people who were disturbing to many ordinary people.

If a person shows 3 mircales to cure or help ppl in need, Vatican gives sainthood and the world calls that person saint. Why dont you respect the other religions in the same way and honour their beliefs. Ramayana could be a myth or ture, but it was an epic story that refers to times when so called today's religions never even existed. Lord Rama's life teaches highest moral to the world and No human can be comment on it. Pity on ingnorant ppl at ASI and you.
This is total bullshit that Centre Government gives such a statement for Lord Ram.
This government just follow what west culture (Society of Idiots) who based on science and such science which is changing at every time. I do appreciate science, but that is only an effort to touch Vedic technology. Vedic Culture and Vedic knowledge is eternal or say %u201CSanatan%u201D(from millions of years). Our religion is also sanatan, Hindu name is given by foreigners. There was only one religion throughout or say %u201CAarya Dharma%u201D. I understand that most of you guys have Mis-conceptions on the Founder of Islam... For your kind info, Mohammed was not the founder of Islam, if he is the founder, then Islam should have been called "Mohammedism", but it is called Islam, meaning Submition to God, and derive Peace from it...
So dont ever say that Mohammed is the founder of Islam, instead, every righteous person in this World Preaches Islam, we beleive that Jesus, Moses and all the Great Prophets, including Ram or Krishna are the Messengers of the Paramathma, their only mission is to Preach Righteousness and the Message of Truth is from One God.
