it is not an question about adam's bridge was really built by lord rama or existance of lord rama and ramayan......it is an qusetion about ecological importance......this project will definitely increase pollution due to oil spills and will increase smuggling in the area.....the coral reefs will be destroyed and munnar and kerala will become vulnerable to tsunami waves....

(1) Even today, you will find a few hill tribes in Madhya Pradesh, whose faces resemble monkeys. But they don't have tails.
(2) Ravana with ten heads represents the ten organs of senses and organs of action. Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, skin, hands, legs and so on. It has a symbolic meaning. It does not mean that he really had ten heads.
(3) Kumbhakarna used to sleep for a long duration and wake up for a long duration. This is perfectly possible even scientifically proved. But, again this has a symbolic meaning. A person who sleeps too long and is lazy does evil things when he wakes up.
(4) They were not mere "arrows". They were weapons.
This is a proof that several thousands of years ago, a great culture lived in India, when the rest of the world lived a stupid, primitive life.
You people were also part of that culture, but you now walked away and embraced idiotic desert religions.

I did a little study of IQs of various countries - westernised jews ( non-believing ) Jews have IQ over 110 ; East Asians/Japs//Chinese have an IQ of 105 , Whites have an IQ of 100 , Indians have an IQ of 85 , Arabs are about 80 and the rest Africans / Aborginese its about 65-70.
The prosperity is proportional to IQ ; faith in superstition/religion is inversely proportional to IQ ; academic achievements proportional to IQ.
So it is natural that Indians will get excited about religious issues whether christian , hindu or muslim because they are unable to realise that there is a scientific reason for creation and that they do not have to fear god.

Well said Anurag. It also amazes me how educated Indians spend millions every year visiting pilgrimages like Benaras, Tirupathi etc. when so many people are below the poverty line. Even so called superstars like Amitabh Bachchan do not seems to be above it. He has donated crores to Tirupathi when a fraction of that money could have been donated to a couple of orphanages who really need the dough. Such morons really!

It is a biggest irony that in the country of Sri Ram his existence is in question. But give a thought upon the fact that lifestyle and morals described there (of an age 1700000 years back) are still applicable and shall be applicable forever, being Shaswat (means truth never ending). The historical evidences in subject matter are just a matter of procedures in this century / present time to believe the existence of things. We all know how our judicial system and all other systems are fooled due to this procedural activity, making millions of fellow countrymen to suffer by one or other way.
