Would ANY other faith tolerate this?
The Indian Media is filled with Hindu Bashers, including probably this site.
So, what can you do?
First BE INVOLVED - not only in posting messages but at the local level, including politics, which has been hijacked by these pseudo-seculars(read anti Hindu or anti-Sanatana Dharma)
You can sit by, watch and get rolled over or you can stand up for your rights and take back waht is rightfully yours. There will be dangers and challenges. Are you upto it?
2. Instead of following usual (money making) careers such as software, get into jouranlism, even the Indian Beaurocracy to make true changes, which make Indian culture as great as it is.
Tolerance is NOT weakness NOR does it mean allowing ourselves to be bullied.
3. Further, as some one mentioned, at least get a basic understanding of the philosophical basis of Sanatana Dharma. There are plenty of resources on the web.
I want to warn you, it does take some effort and time.
Above all, take the energy you have built up from reading this and help your fellow man, who believes in the same faith.

Existence of ALLAH is a belief. But based on that belief a MUSLIM should NOT and CANNOT claim rights on a property. He/she should own that property LEGALLY.
You may dis-agree with the existence of ALLAH. That is ur faith.
But Muslims are not claiming any Land/Property/Right based on their belief in ALLAH.
See the difference.
Sonia gandhi is not claiming anyone elses property based on her Belief !!!

It needs much more than just letters and email.
The forces you are up against are very powerful
But take inspiration from the example from the Ram Sethu bridge. The small Vaanars who helped build it did it one small pebble at a time, till it was done.
So can you with small steps make a diference.
Take the energy you have and make it work towars more tangible efforts.

Dear friends This is absolutely true that all political parties always try to suppress Hindus and Hinduism and specially congress is at the top tax from the Hindu temples and pay for Haz pilgrimases ?? maintenance of masjids and Churches?? with the money of Hindu temples?? which govt. did the justice??/ Comment are welcome...
It is just story, i have been certified in Ramayana, Ram was a good king at that time as i heard from my friends. It is like a DDLJ movie. there is nothing in Ramayana other than saving sita from Ravan. To get higher post in the community people made diiferent story like ramayan, mahabarath, which is never happend in this world. only we can concentrate more is on vedas which talks about supreme power, but still there is mistakes in that too due to man made changes. Original vedas not available abd no one knows who have written vedas.
Hindu has been originated from the sindhu river, in this case all indians are hindus. people are migrated from different parts of the world like, persians, indonasia etc to india and created many gods/goddeses, and many casts/sucasts.
It is my personal openion, not to attack any religion.

One thing is that ramayan by Tulsidas was created with a motive and the motive was to unite the hindu community.
because at that time hindu were loosing their unity and only some religious material could only hold them together and that worked..

first you need to understand what is religion, who created it. Also u need to be very openly need to understand ur religion first, then do research on other religion there is nothing worng with that. carry on. u follow ing ur religion becz ur parents are guided to follow it. if they told u to go for differnt then u could have folllwed same thing also i am sure u will make ur children to follw the same.

I understand that you do not intend to question Hinduism. But believe me it is perceived as such. This is because your comments are made with half knowledge.
Wouldnt you find it offending if I say that Prof Muhammed did attrocities on non-Muslims to convert them to Islam ? Your own religious texts say that. I might be saying this with half knowledge just you say about Hinduism. Best approach is dont say anything at all since we cannot know the complete story.
eg Kaba was captured by muslims from the original idol worhippers. So can I say that Kaaba should be returned to the original worshippers or we should build a hospital or a bridge there ?

Hindu-all indians are hindus, name originated from the sindu river. Kaaba was built prophet Ibrahim(abraham) and not Mohammed. Niether jesus nor Mohammed created any reilgion, they and including all other prophets(messangers are sent to beilive in supreme god. if u want more information go to an ex american christian preacher who given all the info about religion.

Why blame the poor white woman...she is just a figurehead. Its well known that brown Indian men prefer white foreign women. eg. Nehroo fooled around with an Englishwoman, Rajeev with an Italian and now the little Rahool with a white Colombian woman.
It just happens to be a coincidence that most white women are Christians, no sinister evangelical conspiracy in brown-white love affairs ! he he

why dont government conduct opinion poll, after all this government are elected by people and follow the majority opinion. Many people before the UPA have said that Ramayana is a work of fiction. Do not blame the govt but the reaction of hardliners who are making life difficult in Delhi. I sat in traffic for 5 hours. Shame on extremism.
But I must also say if the Indian Govt called any part of Islam or Sikhism as fiction, then we would have blood bath on our hands. But we Hindus are not too far behind Muslims
