Great religions are born and survive on the beliefs of the people following it not on the stupid scientific facts. We only know what we have discovered or studied by our limited knowledge. There are countless several things that happen even in today's world that are not explainable by our current science. Not knowing the facts does not take away the importance of basic foundations of a great ancient religion like Hinduism. How will these so called gurus of science explains that fact Jesus is believed to be born to a "virgin" Mary or that he came out of death. There are just no explanations for such things but only strong beliefs.

I am not religious. But until you cannot apply the same logic to all religions, do not preach.
Dimwits or not, their faith is unquantifiable. The US is superpower, but it is a very religious country. It always has been. No administration in the US can dare to do to Christians what the Indian govt has done to Hindus.
Preach your theories when you have the guts to apply to all religions equally. Until then shut the hell up.

simple super...sometimes I wonder is it so hard to distinguish b/w a mythology and a reality?...
The Setu Samudra project is a dangerous one and should never have been initiated. India may have become an economic powerhouse but as a society it is still very traditional where religious beliefs and traditions are extremely important. It seems the Congress party is hell bent on committing suicide. Once again we will see the scum of the nation take over and make life miserable for everyone, especially the minorities.

It dosent matter my friend. I am first an Indian. The progress and prosperity of my country matters more to me. Such issues put the nation back and that what worries me.
Somehow, Sonia Gandhi doesn't need proof of Jesus or Mohammed or any other religions' figure head. Hindus must give a dharana and save this precious site. Ram or no Ram, Babri masjid needed to be saved for them even if Muslims are only a minority, but same rules somehow don't apply for Hindus. India is the only democratic state which seeks to actively suppress the majority. Try saying something like this about Jesus or Mohammed in a coutry like America or Saudi Arabia. They will be prosecuted and voted out of office.

FYI... Mohammed is not a GOD. He is a Prophet (a person who speaks for God or a deity, or by divine inspiration). No one will worship him. But follow his words.
All dirty a..ss hole seculars in India trying to see end of hindism. Llok at ASI fully supported by christian Sonia dared to say that there was no rama. This is the same ASI will be sleeping hole year and at acts as political mouth piece. The same ASI not done any good investigation on Hinduism can only oppose Hinduism. Bost...eds. I think we should re-enforce the bridge and bring it up to the sea level then make a rail track... so that Goods can be carried over rail tracks.. that would make everybody happy!!
