The law has always been the Dictator, the likes Ayb Khan, Zia-ul-Haq, Musharaf et al. Besides, wasn't it this very same hypocritical SC which earlierhad proclaimed Musharaf's coup as lawful and legal, and sanctioned Mush's proclaiming himself President legal? What a forked-tongue two-faced hypocrite!
Consider this! Musharraf had this option! The moment he came to know that Sharif boarded PIA 786 flight at Heathrow he would have instructed the flight to take a detour to Jeddah before coming to Islamabad and would have asked Kind Abdullah to make arrangements to offload Sharif over there and could have prevented all the hungama at Islamabad airport. But he didn't do it because the Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered that Sharif should be allowed to come to Pakistan. So, Musharraf allowed Sharif to come to Pakistan and also allowed him to go to S.Arabia. Supreme court order does not say that Sharif should be allowed to stay in Pakistan against his wishes. So Musharraf obeyed the Supreme Court orders in strict legal terms. He can not be prosecuted for contempt of court. Atleast he ventured into the grey area which can only be debated rather than the black and white which can not be debated.
Well! Advocate General of the Pakistani Govt., can not be so ignorant. He would have taken on behalf of Musharraf a consent from Nawaz Sharif in writing. Hence, it was not a deportation in strict legal terms. English Jurisprudence which the Pakistani Govt follows like India (remember Sec 144 is the means the same for both the countries!)allows only evidence and that Musharraf has in abundance.
Is it a joke.Does Mush bothered about the court.This can happen only in acountry like PAK and certainly not in INDIA.Religious fanaticism is the main culprit for Pak to suffer like this.Let our Muslim brothers feel happy to live in a country like INDIA and be loyal to motherland.I mean all the Muslims.All bomb blast occured in INDIA because of Religious fanaticism and harbouring Terrorist on the basis of religion.Vote bank politics is the main culprit
