vote for
by Janet Almeida on Sep 11, 2007 04:28 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is time the people of karnataka stopped voting for the major political parties and instead tried some new parties or politicians. We wont loose anything by dumping them all (BJP, JDs, Cong, Commies).

same kind of things happened for BJP in UP by mayavathi. still it did not learnt any lessons from the past.

BJP while making these kind of aggrements may choose first 2.5 years. But i cant understand why a national party is making this kind of agreements " all are just for power"

The intention was to keep Congis at bay. JDS along with BJP was much better than Congis, as far as their Governance is concerned.
BJP did the rite thing, but they weren't aware of the crooked nature of the Gowda family.

Power transfer
by shylaja varma on Sep 11, 2007 04:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It was quiet obvious this is going to happen. Mannina maga and mannina mammaga have a great reputation. They can't keep up their word, power greedy. If they transfer powers smoothly their reputation would have gone up and they can be sure of complete majority. Now the people of Karnataka will vote BJP into power,at least they have some basic principles left

power hungry and shameless politicians
by Ramesh Agarwal on Sep 11, 2007 04:18 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

When Kumarswamy made an alliance why he did not realise that BJP is communal, because he wants power which reflects how much our politicians are shameless, having no principles and powerhungry whether it is state or central level. When it comes to hand over the power all of sudden communalism has remembered him. These politicians can go to any length to get power. If power hungry politicians and parties rely only on muslim votes and only want to please them then they should approach Sonia and PM and pass a resolution to make India an Islamic State and they will get it done easily as Hindus are divided and have not left the mentality of slavery and most media will support and they will get all muslim votes.

DHARAM SINGH GAVE UP??
by uma somappa on Sep 11, 2007 04:17 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

No. Dharam singh didnot give up, he was, infact, dethroned by the present CM HDK, with the support of BJP. Devegowda is a trade mark selfish politician, his only aim is power direct or proxy. He has done it many times, to many people and the latest was Siddharamaiah, senior most and next-in-line for CM post in JD(S), was shown door to facilitate elevation of his sons. He doesnt like to see others in JD(S) party outgrow his family. That's it.

Deve Gowda, please take retirement from politics. You cannot do anything at this age other than such type of political games at the cost of Karnataka's fortune. If I were killer demon, I would have blessed your end !!!!

BJP should get
by Dinesh Kamath on Sep 11, 2007 04:13 PM  Permalink

We the people of Karnataka are most unfortunate to have leaders like Devegowda. When Kumaraswami taken over he was not in the picture. What the hell he is doing now. Better handover the power to BJP. Otherwise people of Karnataka will teach him.
Next time better to share the power 20 months each between Congress, BJP & Devegowda & avoid Election to save peoples money.

JAI KARNATAKA !!!
