Well thats too high we usually convert for less than 5 grand or sometime just hindu-bashing works. BTW Is it negotiable?
During the period following partition, our leaders in delhi felt that was the centre of the universe. Why, they did not even have much regard for the south, let alone the north east. Now we are paying the price

Mr.venakt ... What attention did you expect from the center ....they stopped NIZAM to join pakistan and got the goa back ... if goa is not in south but NIZAM had very big territory in south ... whether you know it or not ... If center didnt pay attention you might have been a citizen of pakistan and waiting for Indian visa ... !

This is the root cause of the problem. Terminator, why don't you see if what he says is true. If not you can refute him. Rcist comments like Madrasi is what will finally disband India. I know, now I will be the target for your racial comment. Let it be so.
What is the BSF paid for, why they hell do they allow infilteration. They should pull back corrupt BSF for sometime and let the Indian army man the bangladesh front. BSF is full of smugglers, they are worse than our police.
