Sad
by nimit champaneria on Sep 08, 2007 11:40 AM  Permalink

A heart touching tale. Have mixed emotions here, sad for the family who lost their son and angry that our govt. has been a total failure in curbing terrorism to the root. Many such lives will be lost if our govt. doesn't step up and take firm actions against terrorism and naxalism. If we are so "western-oriented" then at least take an example from what steps were taken by the US after the 9/11 incident.

Salute to our heroes
by satyavrat sharma on Sep 08, 2007 11:37 AM  Permalink

Hey man u people like Harshan has done India proud, believe me these are the people who are to be worshiped. Our should give more importance to people li8ke Harshan then the Politicians and other celebrities.

Even i have a complaint against the media, i have sent several request to our media people to display the story of an NSG commando who sacrificed his life at the Akshardham temple. Which was not accepterd by the media.

I think media should put such kind of articles regulary as they are the one who are protecting us and live happily.

Jai Jawan-Jai kissan they are the heart and soul of our nation. It is the duty of the govt.to take care of the families of both the sects. There are thousands of Harshans who got killed while on duty by the terrorists around the borders of our nation. As a citizen of India we owe to each and every soldier who guard our nation though it is ruled by criminals and corrupt politicians! The govt.should allocate more for the Flag day fund and help the families of our soldiers (either in service or retd)in a better way.
Jai Hind-Jai Jawan-Jai kissan!

by vijay baskar on Sep 08, 2007 11:35 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Well,
I see a lot of ppl here saluting the hero harshan here...Tears were coming when we read about him...how many of u are disciplined and protective towards your country which is being saved by people like harshan ???

Whats the use of his death ? it was for the nation to prevent from terroist ? is anybody realising that without the help of our politicians the terrorist cant do anything to our nation ?

No one cares to clean india when corruption , violence and crime are inside india... pity soldiers prevent the nation from the same violence and crime which attacks india...

Thanks Harshan .....you giving your life for a nation which hardly has people who know discipline , respect , principle , duty , honesty ... You are really great BUT YOUR PEOPLE ARE NOT !!!!
