are now the closest allies operating jointly at sea.
The largest Naval warfare of all time, the great carrier battles of Coral Sea & Midway in 1940s where the mighty US Navy sent the powerful Japanese fleet of 4 carriers and 2 battleships to the bottom have become part of the Epics of History.
The American & Japanese Aircraft carrier battles rewrote Navy History that the new power of the Sea was Aircraft Carries ann not Battleships as the Germans & English believed at the time.
PASTE SNAPS OF THE EXERCISES, I love war games, movies. THey show our military might and our brave soldiers. ofcourse its all between good understanding countries. SO no cribbing people. santosh

whats wrong if 5 DEMOCRATIC countries participate in a joint exercise ?
you fake Communists will be happy if a joint excercise is held with the likes of China & Pakistan.
The left are all set to see that India is left out from the world. and literally they have left no stone turned towards this. Their own states are taking capitalist positions and they are trying to dictate terms to the nation. Its about time that they realised that left is not right and they took a right turn towards life.

Guys Pls read the paragraph carefullyu once again , it has mentioned as INS Viraat and not Is INS Vikrant
Why shouldn't India have closer realtions with other like-minded democracies including the US, Australia, Japan etc, and why should the two-faced Commies have a problem with that? I suppose comrade Karat and his band of Commie traitors would prefer India had closer relations with oppressive totalitarian countries like China and Russia which butchered tens of millions of their own people in the name of Communism, right? What great company comrade Karat and his proletariat of the people keep, indeed.

It is practice to commies to protst everything whether it is good or bad to India.Whether they will agree the waqrgames with China & Russia.America always supported India in backend like they are not supported Pak during all wars with Pak & they sent Navy to Bay of Bengal when this China attacked India & thus China took back the war.Who will remember/know all these things.Even now they are extending nucleur support without signing to NPT.By wargames we can face threatens from China which developing navy bases at Bay of Bengal by support of Maynmar & Bangla...

Get your facts right. I am not supporting Karat and Co., but the US seventh fleet almost got involved in the Bangladesh War, and not the China War. And, FYI, the US was sending her fleet to aid Pakistan and not India. That the Seventh Fleet didn't actually get involved is because of some high level diplomatic string pulling. It's a well established fact, that in the Cold War era the US was pro-Pakistan and the USSR was pro-India - it's all to do with balance of power in the subcontinent. But the Cold War is over, international relationships are being redefined; and if it's in India's interest to ally with the US, then so be it.

Moumita, It was not U.S has taken stand during cold-war. India has leaned towards then U.S.S.R to exert their influnce on China. So naturally U.S. has supported Pak. It is one of the biggest blunder made by our greatest PM, Nehru. Now if U.S. and India comes closer, what is the problem??.

You comic comrade, pls. get your facts right. Its not 'US was pro-Pakistan and the USSR was pro-India' . India was Pro USSR and thats why US sent the battle ship. Even USSR refused to help India at that time saying 'You are are friend but China is our Brother'.
I guess you studied in the place where the text books are authored by the 'Intellectual' & 'Secular' Comic Comrades. Infact, during the height of the cold war, our comic comrades were getting funds from both USSR and China.

Sorry, USSR told India that 'You are Our friend; But China is our Brother'. This was said during the Chinese agression against India.

Did I ever say that USSR helped us during the China War? They didn't and neither did the US. Obviously, you didn't read my full comment. I have also said that if it's in India's best interests to ally with the US, then that's what should be done. However, let's not deny facts. India may or may not have leaned towards the USSR, but whatever be the reason, the USA was definitely not our friend those days. Simple, you are indeed simple-minded if you think otherwise. But, in politics, there are no permanent friends or permanent enemies; and to answer Hemant, I don't see a problem if India and US come closer. Also, FYI, I'm no "comrade" - I haven't got any sympathies with the Communist Mannifesto. I merely corrected Bal Yana's impression.

good one and realistic also...atleast sum sence is thr....basically,the problem is that we cant trust americans and in other hand we s'ldnt trust chinise..and personaly i believe for us chinise are the main threat not americans.so we have to built a separaet identity aginst china...earlies they dichted us in 1962 and they can do it any moment. But our oppertunist commis cant see that.they w'ld happy if india indulge a wargame with china or even north korea but they cant see us with americans...though am living outside but basically am frm bengal so i know these hypocreat commis very well...they destroyed our bengal now they wanna destroy the whole country....all the moment they will say bout socialism, secularism but never follow that...in case of recent attack on Taslima Nasrin at hyderabad no one commi came accross and made a bold statement against those culprits...cuz they dnt wanna loose the muslim votes...that thr main interest...all the slogans are just hypocracy....beard and speci face, intelectual looks but not at all, casual and nasty fashion are thr trademark but they are realy horrible to digest cuz they have thr own midset and aprt frm thay are unaware bout rest of the world...
