It is sad that Bangladesh is suffering due to the system of the government they have. It would have been very difficult but it would have been fair had we stayed there for a little longer after the victory in 1971, so as to bring in some semblance in their own governance. We have left the Bangladeshi Army with a perfect position to intervene at ease as and when it liked.
Though it is an internal matter for Bangladesh to do whatever it thinks fit, we can not be oblivious to whatever happens in Bangladesh due to obvious reasons.
