My viewpoint is that ,first we will go for renewable energy .In recent days , Germany has took lot of advantage by going for solar power energy .
For instance, Even though it is cloudy through out the year in Germany .It has following advantages.
Germany generates 55 percent of the world's solar power
Government obliges power firms to buy renewable energy from homeowners
Germany now has 250,000 jobs in renewable energy sector
These politicians should take suggestions form senior advisories and others. In last ten years this is what happened. When former chief Minster Chardrbabu naidu, Andrapradesh came into power, he dismantled all ethanol producing plants to avoid drunk culture in Andrapradesh .On other hand ,Same ethanol producing plants can be used for environmental protection purpose .This ethanol can mix in petroleum products which can reduce exhaust gas emissions .This is the thing Brazil is doing and gaining millions of foreign currency by exporting their ethanol to other countries .
So my conclusions , Indians don%u2019t have exposer to outside world and even loosing billons of rupees for other countries 0.01% technology .

I assume you want India to be completely self-reliant. Paradoxically, this is a dangerous path. For example, the most self-reliant country in the world is North Korea. In fact, self-reliance is their national ideology. So, is North Korea your role model?
dear all, we are making all hue and cry against china in these foru, but it is a time of some concrete actions. Lets start avoiding china made goods. If we stop buying their products, they will fell the heat and ultimately tell their Chamchas (leftiests), not to oppose the deal. India is one of the biggest consumer of chinese goods, and after all quality of these chinese products are very bad and also hazardous for health. Let only the communists use them.
There is no scope for any body to claim an inch of Indian land as Indian authority is fully democratic and fully total...
China should give back Indian land gifted to it by Pakisthan and should move back to borders which were prior to their unjustified attack on India in 1967.
Tibet is not an integral part of China..mere demographic forced changes by settlement of chineese in tibetian lands will not change the course of History.
China should give back India its lands ,get back to prior 1967 broder lines,stop its defence pact with Pakisthan ,give Tibet independence,and stop meddling in the Indian sub-continent.
This will bring India and china relations back to the Nehruvian times and then we can say Hind-chin bhai bhai..till them it will be chineese back stabbers!! dont trust the slant eyed rouges!!
This is supposed to be Indias stand on China..not just soft words..we need to tell them this is our stand and we will live to it..
we should right now grab the US India friendship pact and scare China out of its dream to become the sole super power in this sub-continent.
Prakash Karat and his convoy should be exported to China for the sake of India. These pseudo secular, Pro China, anti national elements should be eradicated from our country otherwise they will sell India to their Chinese counterparts.
The Chinese think that every inch of land upon which the mongoloid race dwells in the South Asia is Chinese territory . They do not understand that the Indian nation is a multi racial ,multi religious ,multi lingual ,multi cultural nation .
India of 2007 is not the India of 1962 . We will give even a worse drubbing than what the Vietnamese gave them in the late 1970s .
And as for the chinese level of English on the streets you dont have to look beyond the english used by their pilots while trying to take off in the US . Their pathetic language skills have cause so many near misses . The commies are still good at propaganda . You say you wanna talk to somebody on the street they will populate the entire avenue with English professors .

China has to thank Russia for imparting them nuclear secrets which led to the first nuclear blast by the former. And we believed that Russia was our saviour. We talked of Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai only to be given a fitting stab in the back by Chou En Lai. And then we liberated Bangladesh and no prizes for guessing their attitude towards us. And in Simla, Mrs G was kindly disposed towards Bhutto and we were rewarded with the cross-border terrorism. Make no mistake, unless we can defend ourselves, no nation and certainly NOT CHINA is going to respect either our sovereignty or our goodwill. CPI & CPI(M)may not like USA and the US govt may be self-centred, but at least the US public (like the Australian public) have a conscience and not like some other countries, where the public have no voice. We ought to take care of ourselves. No nation ought to rely on someone else's goodwill for their own integrity.

Ye, Chinese do not speak english because they have not been colonised by G.B. What do you proud of for speaking english? English is not your Hidi or any of native indian languages, is it? I thought it is shameful to use other nation's language as your own language.
Two communist states of india has practically no industry and they are dependent on other states for job and everything but their counterparts in China are thriving industrially and is surping jobs of other countries. I think our country communist are following talibanist socialism Paul Rufus
