found in the Republic of India as they are allied with religious fundamentalists. True communists in the vein of Marx, Lenin & Mao as found in USSR and China would never associate with religious groups.

Well, genunie communists such as Stalin and Mao were not very successfuleither. Despite their despotic and tyrannical regimes, their countries have abandoned all they stood for. So why all this mayhem and bloog-letting?
First they invaded eastern China. We did nothing. Then they invaded the entire Tibet. still we did nothing. Naturally, they attacked Arunachal. Finally we resisted, started arming overselves. Now economicaly growing faster. So they are offering co-operation. They know very well that if India exports one container they are losing one. In the name of co-operation they want to contain India. More over what they have to offer India? Low quality? underpayed employees? suppressed generation?

Actually, a visit to China will convince you that the economic reforms have left their people better off than average Indians. Of course, there is no scope for the indolence, inefficienty and corruption practiced by Indian PSU employees. But the Government has provided the infrastructure for the Chinese people to work hard and prosper. It is a moot point if the Chinese people are interested in the sort of fractious democracy practiced in India.

hahaha very funny dude... you just summed up the election agenda of CPI(M) for next election.
Chinese State has nothing to be proud about their conduct internally! Forced One Child policy (the single most uncivilized practice in a large nation after Saudi Arabias suppression of women) and imposed restriction to migrate and work in their own cities.
But one must admire how they managed to settle disputes with 14 of their neighbours. Having settled all those now they turn their full might and attention on India now. Whereas we do not have cordial relationship with any of our neighbours except Bhutan. We have problems with even smaller nations like Nepal-who depend on us for almost everything- and a pariah like Burma also!
When the Dragon moves the Tiger would not even have the courage to put up a fight but surrender meekly. It is time to wake up and realise what George Fernandes said. Atleast agree internally that China is the enemy no 1. In this case enmity doesnot arise from past heartburns like with Pakistan but from conflicting ambitions!

Friend, u are partly right ... if the past, especially with China, has been one-sided continuously, what is the rationale to believe that suddenly China will be reasonable ... talk of Dragon AND Tiger moving in tandem is all rubbish. Just look at the tone of the Chinese Ambassador ... he is all condescension and patronage and that too he is talking to Indian citizenry ... we ought to be ashamed to hear such words on our own soil from someone who has always acted against our interests and to trouble us.
The biggest threat to India is from China! In case of conflict the entire Western Europe will be with China. With stagnating economies in their home countries the only way they can keep their heads above the water is by catering to the Chinese economy-it is too big to ignore and they invested too much to let it go where it is not the English (read Western) jurisprudence unlike in India at play but the Chineses own version. Besides it is a closed society and has a military might that even the US has to think not twice but many times to take on. Even in the US, they being an open society like us, there will be internal debates to take on China in case of a conflict with India. Remember what the Western world did or could do when the Chinese occupied Tibet, they murmured inaudible whispers and forgot! Only, Prince Charles has the moral strength to refuse to attend a Banquet arranged in honour of the visiting Chinese Premier, but people like him are too powerless to make any tangible difference.

that he is in New Dellhi and can freely make claims and occupy parts of the territory of the Republic of India freely at his whims & will.
If the Hon. Chinese Ambassador was in in USA and started making claims to various pieces of America, he would be booted out the next day followed with a barrage of Minuteman MX-1 & Trident thermonuclear warheads onto Beijing.

however the Hon. Chinese Ambassador seems far more intelligent that the Communist riff-raff living in mud-huts in calcutta, by encouraging good relationships of China with the USA & its allies because the Hon. Ambassodor does not want to return to the mud-hut he was living in during the reign of Chairman Mao.
China is very well participating regarding the Indo-US nuclear deal through their proxy CPIM and CPI. The ambassador instead of admitting that fully had admitted partially.
