by Santwanapatel on Mar 10, 2017 09:46 PM  Permalink

Many of the models and actors are hooked up to drugs and alcohol. The story of Gitanjali might be the story of thousands of models, difference is she was begging and thus came to limelight. This is the dark side of the glamour world

It is sad but it serves as warning to other girls..
by Vijay Pai on Sep 05, 2007 05:54 PM  Permalink

Media paying attention to these things and publishing them may serve the society in it's own way( though media people people are not publishing it with such intent). By reading these kind of news atleast the girls who are dying to enter this so called glamorous world will think twice and atleast few of them will change their mind..and get into more fruitful, meaningful careers. She should be blamed equally for this state of her's because she was not illeterate or immature. We just can;t blame her parents alone.

U r right Mahendra!! It was only due to her ambitious attitude, she got into such a situation. What you said is right. There are many mentally-ill persons on the roads. If the media wants attention, then they should show equal attention to all the mentally-ill....why only this model?

If wealth is lost, nothing is lost
If health is lost, something is lost
If character is lost, everything is lost.
Geetanjali's fate was determined when she took a wrong path to acquire wealth and fame without any moral values in life.

I dont know Rohini what is your problem. What is the wrong path she chose. Every body sells whar ever he or she has got. She has body and tried to make some money out of it. What is wrong in this. It is her consious. Are you jealous. Character is not the same thing as body.

Nagpal is convent educated ! ( According to article)
by biz Narayan on Sep 04, 2007 08:43 PM  Permalink

Ha ha.. Thankfully Nagpal is civil, belongs to where mighty people belong...But in her distress It is difficult to envy her little posessions.

A sadistic world called glamour... I have the misfortune to come across these women's magazines... they have a new defeinition of woman - women pose like a stone . it seems that is glamorous. Sometimes they try ossification without knowledge of what to do with the life. Supposed to be rough and tough, Sometimes they use addictives to subdue life and travel in paths that is anything but glamour.
