Gates of Hell will be Shut....
by Tim on Sep 01, 2007 10:11 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Mr. Bardhan What is wrong with you stupid communists? When did you start talking about Hell and Heaven? Are U feeling like sitting in Hell with the Communism crumbling across the world and the mentality of all you guys have become open to the public?

Yes it is true that the deal will not open the gates of heaven, but will definitely close the gates of hell that we are living in with the Communists and Communism.

Let us take one step at a time. Close the gates of Hell first and then open the gates to heaven. As long as there are Devils in the country there is no point of talking about heaven. Let us crush the devils first so the path to heaven will not have any more Obstructer(s).

Its an open secret that the Communist Party Of India has an Alliance with the Communists frm China. The Commies in India get direct orders frm the chinese embassy in delhi whch has been proved by the intelligence bureau and RAW. The current opposition is a direct responce of the opposition of the chinese to this deal. It has been well documneted that the commies in India owe their loyalty to their chinese masters. The IB has credible evidence of the orders issued by the chinese to the Lefts in India to not to let this deal pass by at any cost.

dump the deal if it is discrimanatory...
by Dinesh Nagaraju on Sep 01, 2007 10:08 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

the deal shall provide equal rights for India, as owned by other nuclear powers...deal should be with world community, not with an individual country...appreciate indian scientists if they have braved many odds/sanctions to live upto country's expectations/hopes...worst-thing if the system/scientists have kept it deliberatley under-performing not meeting any internal targets/ goals...making india vulnerable to external pressure...hence treading dangerous path...

Mr Dinesh, Other Countries get lot more than we get because they already signed NPT. We are getting this Good deal from US even if India has not singed NPT. You should thank US for offering this to us.

AH ! the JOYS of Communist Heaven !!

Because of him and his idiotic cronies India will remain backward.
This falsehood about Nuclear Energy addressing
only 7% of India's needs is absolute BUNK that is being propagated by the left.

As we get better at the expertise of building
Nuclear plants. We will be addressing 70% of
India's Energy Needs.

French and Japanese Nuclear Technology is going to come to India via this deal.

I don't believe in heaven and hell.
No one understand what left really want when to say India did Nuclear test in 1998 they were against the Nuclear test and now in 2007 thay are asking India's firm right to do Nuclear test.
Totally Double standard politics by Left.
Actually Left is anti India and anti poor. They actually don't want Indians progress because they will loose vote bank if people become literate and rich.
I just want to say to Left how you can help to poor(needed people) if your country and state is also poor.
Totally Double standard politics by Left.
Left should learn from the states in India like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat thay are fighting each other for Foreign Investments and creating millions of Jobs every year for middle class and poor.

These Communists will echo what the Chinese masters want. They care two hoots for India. Their loyalty is to China like the Islamists who love only our neighbours. They opposed Indias independence, they argued that India attacked China in 1962, opposed Nuclear tests by India, complimented China on their tests and they want to see India as a client state of China. Let them keep licking Chinese shoes & we want a safeguarded, guaranteed Nuclear deal with USA. To hell with anti-national forces.

As I can see people have different prespective about agreement...not sure how many have read the full-text and have made attempts to understand and analyze it...here it is,
- some think, its a total give-away by US, free-supply of uranium and unlimited energy availability in India...
- some may have selfish reasons, working for american companies, directly or indirectly, expecting the good-will getting extended to trading relations...
- people with inclination towards political parties, personal thinking aligned with political party's
- people who are pro-123 seems to be very abusive:-(...and who are against-123 are trying to make sense and sound logical:-)
- most are not evaluating/ weighing the options
- most not bothered about India losing stratagic edge
- if CPM thinks the agreement is against national interest, whats wrong in listening to their point of view???...publicly sharing communist (china, russia) idealogy doesnt make them lesser indians..it is better than sharing world bank/foreign views on how Indian economy should be run, man-mohan, montek...
- the deal is good only if ends nuclear isolation
- the deal is good only if it provides free-access to world nuclear asset/markt w/o india having to stake its strategic interests
- India should start profile the leaders and key-people to know values they share, with conviction and consistency...
- Manmohan trying to reciprocate things at his personal capacity...not minding he is PM of a soverign nation...not ha

I can not make out as to what is the zest. Can you be a little specific? Tell me whether the Deal is Good or whether it is bad. And why. Let us all think about your observations as well.

my last few lines summarizes everything... anyways, share some of the objections expressed by commies...also, appreciate things like, ending nuclear isolation that comes with the deal...evaluating/ weighing the deal should be purely based on trade-offs, analyzed by experts...and i think experts can do a better job...sure commies and other indian experts must have taken pains to study and understand, to see India is losing anything...im not as authoritive as them...see things that are wickedly wrong/ obious...doesnt matter what way deal goes as long as India gains!...and only good indians and experts could decide whether India gains/ loses...

First the whole nation is nt rich, more then 70% people r poor and if commies think abt them, thats nt crime.
Communist leaders are one of the most wellread, articulate and clean peole then cong, bjp or any other parties. if they something, then surely they understand what they r syaing. they dont become leaders just coz they r son/daugther of some big leader or they pump money to become leader overnight. they go and work within people.

well its very normal that u will oppose it coz may someone from yr family is working in us or u too want to migrate their. its ver FUNNY THE BIGGEST SUPPORTER OF THE DEAL WILL PROBABLY NEVER LIKE TO LIVE IN INDIA, DREAM ABT EMIGRATING TO USA OR ALREADY A NRI THERE. THEY WANT THE DEAL TO GO AHEAD BADLY W/O DEBATE COZ THEY WANT TO SEE THEIR OWN INTERESTS. HARDLY THEY ARE BOTHERED ABT THE REST OF THE PEOPLE. INDIA IS RULED BY CONG PARTY FOR 50 YRS, COMMIES NEVER RULED IT. ITS POLICIES ARE ALWAYS OPENLY OR SECRETLY CAPITALIST. SO WHY DIDNT INDIA'S ALL PROBLEM EVAPORATE ?

Closing the Door
by Lalatendu Deo on Sep 01, 2007 09:33 PM  Permalink

Gates of heaven won't close either, by inking N-deal.

It is very much suspected that some of the voracious opponents of the 123 Draft Deal are doing so only to get a good name out of it. There are of course most, who are genuinely concerned. But the rest either do not know anything about the state of affair or do not care.

The government can of course pay a PPF at 21%. But for how many days and for why? Some of those people who steadfastly voice for it, are not really concerned about the wellbeing of the people of our country in general; they are in particular interested in a section of the people who in fact either do not vote for them or do not vote at all.

Old people live in history!
by nandu rajurikar on Sep 01, 2007 09:29 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

All those who love age-old doctrines, age-old theories, age-old beliefs & age-old leaders always live in age-old history.

Look at the leaders of Communist party. All old hags with old thinking.

Look at the leadership of the extreme right, the BJP. All old hags with age-old philosophies. They delivered an old Vajpayee for Prime Ministerial post. Next in line is old Advani.

Look at the Third Force. They gave us old Morarji, old Charan Singh & old Gujaral.

Look at Congress without Gandhi family. Whenever they had to rule Delhi in absence of Gandhi family, they chose some old hags like Narasimha Rao or Manmohan Singh.

Old people have only past & no future. If those old guys are infected by old philosophies, then they can never look into future.

Only the Gandhi family has provided young leadership. Young Jawaharlal gave a new dimension to freedom struggle. Young Indira gave independent india a mighty muscle & strong identity. Young Rajeev gave India the dream of 21st century. It is Rajeev's vision that has transformed India, be it IT, be it opening up of economy.

Once Rajeev made a historically incorrect statement in Parliament. Vajpayee objected & advised Rajjev to read history. Rajeev said he would prefer making history!

Parties donot matter, youthfulness of leadership & thinking does.

We should shunt the oldies & turn to young leadership with fresh thoughts irrespective of any party.

That is the learning from the current tug-of-war.

Gates of Heaven through nuclear energy
by Amal Ray on Sep 01, 2007 09:29 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is absolutely confusing as to what is good for the country in the next 20 years and thereafter. Congress says one thing and that appears to be good. What all they say is that more nuclear is merrier. What the communists are saying appears to be good. What all they say is that this nuclear thing is too small to our total energy need and this would come with an American imperialist tag and America may use us as their strategic alliance for wrong doing. I am where I was, that is, back to square one. - Amal Kanti Ray

Pessimistic picture by the left
by Brian Antao on Sep 01, 2007 09:27 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is a typical doom and gloom pessimistic picture paited by the left in order to oppose the Nuclear deal. Ther arguments have no merits aother than paint a gloomy picture. Yes the Nuclear deal spells out a path of great progress for India. And in no way it is any means of selling the country to subjugation which is a totally false propaganda that the Left is putting forward by its impression that one is signing the deal it leads to subjugation with the United States. It is just stupit paranoia of the left. The deal calls for trade and not for subjugation, and it opens the trade with the entire NSG countries and not just the United States. The Left are blinded in their view of bias against the United States and mistrust against the United States and are unable to appreciate all the positive aspects and merits that the Nuclear deal has to offer and are misleading the country and are only taking the country for a ride backwards !!

Good I agree. What left is interested is to Blindly Oppose USA and Blindly Support China. Commies doesnt even enjoy suport of 1% of Indian population. They should be give a slap and a Kick in the A-S-S and should be deported to China.
