"Barking Dogs Never Bite" is a good old saying. But what about barking castrated dogs? They do not even bark properly! Likewise, some people/parties have a shrill bark. Even their bark is ineffective.
Why do the communists refuse to see reason and agree for once with something of OUR interest and NOT that of China's? Can't they see and HEAR China's pats actions and its latest claims of helping Pakistan? I, for one, feel that George Fernandes was right when he said China was our greatest enemy!!!!
