Ahmedabad: Could it be the lull before the storm? Over 24 hours after the Tehelka expose indicting Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi for the 2002 riots, no political party has come forward to make an issue of it. The Congress would certainly be hopeful, but one look at the deserted Congress headquarters in Gandhi Nagar makes one face a rather disturbing reality. In Gujarat, Modi is the only issue. He is the only issue that the BJP loves talking about. He is the only one that the Congress doesn't want to think about. So despite the Tehelka expose, the Congress doesn't seem to be too keen in taking him head on. "The revelation in the sting is obnoxious, horrible and shocking and some independent agencies should investigate this," Congress leader BK Hariprasad says. Critics say that this is just testing the political waters for the political parties. Many of the revelations made in the expose have been in public domain for a while. Now there are people admitting to their participation in the post-Godhra violence. Yet, the Congress is afraid of talking about those times. The rationale is simple. Modi was projected as a mass murderer in 2002, but he won a landslide victory. That's why his party is backing him to the hilt this time too. "It appears to be a Congress plant. The manner in which the sting operation was done clearly indicates a mindset to again bring about a sharp communal divide in the state, which is regrettable," BJP spokesman Ravi Shankar Prasad said. Sorry, COMMUNISTS don't exist in Gujarat.
Congress already admitted defeat in Gujarat.
The Election Commisioners Chawla and QWureshi are Congress Agents. At the instruction of Congress, Election Commissioners are threatening to postpone election in Gujarat and impose President's (Congress) rule. They know that it is the only way Congress can taste power in Gujarat.
Congress is worst party in contry. Congress miss use governor, president for their profite. BJP will be well advised to change course, give up communalism, break their relations with the RSS, Shiv Sena and VHP, think in terms of nation's good and support the Govt on issues that are worthy of support and not oppose for the sake of opposition.
Please cautiously see the below facts Possible leaders to lead karnataka:- Kumar Swamy good leader ( But his father is big cheater)

Yediyurappa is the strongest leader of Karnataka. Thats why Congress is trying to prevent him from becoming CM.
Yediyurappa is the real leader who greqw up from grassroot level, who built up BJP from the beginning to such a strong party in Karnataka (16 out of 26 MPs, 79 out of 224 MLAs). He is nominated by any High command, like Congress Dharam Singh (the bufoon, puppet elephant)

kumarasamy is a uselss guy. the MLAs are supporting him only because they are afraid of Congress.
I have noticed people bashing congress and JD-S. BJP is also pouring money to keep their MLA. Seeking power now is too late. Why cant they all face election. All the parties dont what to accept people verdict in election. Its not congress, bjp or JD-S everyone is on same boat. Infact Kannada people should protest for fresh election and teach the opportunist a lesson.

"Congress, BJP and JD-S are on same boat" - DO U REALLY MEAN IT? So BJP is a SECULAR PARTY like Congress? I didn't know this !!!
Legislatures are elected for a 5 years term and dissolving an assembly before the completion of its term is illogical.Governor is duty bound to explore the possibility of forming the goverment. Once taken the oath of the Governorship,he should respect the constitution and not the party , he belongs.
Karnataka people gave a fracture mandate to rule the Karnataka with maximum number of legislators from BJP. As a rule they should have given the chance to form the government, however, the congress manupulated and got the support of the JD(s) to form the government. Once they lost the chance, they are arguing for the election. They were still exploring the possibility of forming a coalition government with JD(s) or trying to divide the party. Since they are not successful, they want the election. The Governor should give the chance or the combination having majority.
If we go by the congress logic then it should demand for the dismissiol of the Government of Dr Manmohan Singh and call for generl election.
congress tried forming a government with mp prkash, when they couldnt, they said the other successful side is opportunistic! wow, politicians of all the 3 teams look of the same kind. all of them out to loot the people

Congress tried to do horse-trading to buy MLAs from MP.Prakash's group, and they lost out. Thats why they are asking to dissolve assembly.
Oh Man, it was a sight to watch MP rakash's face when he was left with just 3 MLAs !! This was the same man who claimed support of 40 MLAs, to become Chief Minister with Congress support.. Ha Ha ...

Persons who are shown in cameras are merely boasting. Stings can't be 100% true. All these stings might have been funded by congress to malign opposition to gain political mileage during election.

New Delhi: The 2002 Gujarat riots have come back to haunt Chief Minister Narendra Modi in the election season after the Tehelka magazine linked him to the rioters through a series of sting operations carried out on a significant section of the accused. Important VHP and BJP functionaries admitted on hidden camera that Modi had told them to do whatever they wanted for three days. One of the main accused in the Naroda Patiya massacre, Babu Bajrangi, said Modi advised him to leave his Ahmedabad home and even arranged his refuge in Mount Abu. Some of the Gujarat leaders who made significant confessions on hidden camera included Gujarat Shiv Sena President Babu Bajrangi, Godhra BJP MLA Haresh Bhatt, VHP convenor for Sabarkantha district Dhabal Patel and Gulbarg Society massacre accused Madan Dhanraj Chawal. "We slit open her abdomen (Kauser Bano's), ripped out the foetus and threw it out in Naroda Patiya. We showed them what we can do. I called up the then minister of Gordhan Zadafia and VHP General Secretary Jaideep Patel and informed them. Zadafia immediately told me to escape from Gujarat," the tapes show Babu Bajrangi as saying. Haresh Bhatt claims: "Modi told me I'll give you three days. Do whatever you want, you will not be touched. No other CM could have done this." Dhabal Patel claims: "We made explosives with dynamite and we manufactured a very large number of them. The cops helped us." "We chopped off his hands, then his legs and put the limbs and the body on f

secularism at play again. there's no dearth of muslim atrocities at play too.
I am from maharashtra-so called-forward state-. i surly tell you that this congress party is worst of all parties. They came into power in maharashtra saying free power to farmers, but when they came into power they forget this, and now exploting farmers. Even cheif minister belongs to a farmer family- when he seated on chair of CM,he has forgotten his native place. Only talking of making Mumbai as Shanghai. So many farmers make suicide in Vidhard region of Maharashtra.Very sad thing is that our Agriculture minister-SHARAD PAWAR- is also from maharashtra, now he is enjoying BCCI president and making money only.

My friend you misunderstood them - free power does not mean free electricity. It means the POWER in the hands of Congress which is now free - they will do whatever they wish to due to this free power.
