Pravin Mahajan makes sensational allegations against Pramod
by balbir sooch on Oct 31, 2007 09:50 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

No-doubt, Pravin Mahajan did kill his brother, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan but the trial court has to take all the circumstances into consideration as what are the reasons that Pravin Mahajan had gone to that extent?
Whether he was insane at the moment? Whether the murder is result of any sudden provocation? To what extent the Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan contributed in his very sad story of murder and that would be remembered as a stigma in Indian society? Whether both the prosecution story as well as defense version are concocted in the case and to what extent these could be relied upon? Whether the witnesses are planted and the circumstances are being manipulated by the prosecution and accused after thought in the case? To see, whether the emotional feelings of accused and contribution of Pramod Mahajan in his own murder are sufficient to kill someone at Will leaving aside the defence of sudden provocation? Though, it may help the accused to mitigate the quantum of punishment to him in this case. All the omissions and commissions committed in the case are material on the part of prosecution and defence for consideration and those could come out only from the contradictions in the statements of witnesses before the trial court to reach a conclusion to that effect. The purpose of cross-examination of the witnesses is to test their veracity and that only compels the trial court to allow counsel for liberal and lengthy cross-examination in th

It is the same reason as when Imrana was raped by her father in law and she was declared her husband's mother from that moment on. Here the son did not kill his father and accepted Imrana as his mother. In the case of Pravin Mahajan he killed his brother Pramod as he could not tolerate being cuckolded by his own brother. That's all.

What difference does it make whether a clown like you understands him or not ? The only potential PM had was to swindle the tax payers money with his smooth talking/ arm twisting ways. And yes, Shivani bhatnagar's murder said a different story. India's most dynamic son and Pramod mahajan, huh ? Right and I am the King od England and you are the Prime Minister.

The demand for incamera trail is just to save the BJP which is already on a reverse gear. What is the harm in telling the whole world on the moral turptitude of the slain BJP leader. Why the prosecution is so defensive.

Nothing could be found against Rajiv Gandhi, even NDA and many non congress government could not found anything to prove the charges. The same is going to happen in this case also.It is realy unforunate to defame the people after death.

BJP Leaders!

All theseBJP leaders has proved out to be criminals and bad men

Narendra Modi - He orders his RSS affiliates and govt machinery to kill people and eventually congradulates them

Mahajan - A poor man (rented house), then a teacher and then in 6-8 years time he amasses such a wealth that nobody even knows how much. Reliance, Spicejet everywhere... And murder of shivani bhatnagar

Then they got Advani (hawala), Katiyar, Togadia etc... Awesome leadership for a national party!

As reference from wikipedia:
Mayawati's father Prabhu Das was a clerk in the Telecommunications department in Delhi, and her mother is Ram Rati. She graduated from Kalindi College in Delhi and further studied law at the University of Delhi. She also holds a Bachelor of Education degree, and was a teacher in Delhi until joining full time politics in 1984. At one point she also studied for the Indian Administrative Service examinations. However, after meeting Kanshi Ram in 1977, she gradually came under his patronage, and was part of his core team when he founded the BSP in 1984

While filing her nomination papers for the Vidhan Parishad after her she formed the Uttar Pradesh government, her affidavit stated she had assets worth over Rs 52 crore (Rs 52,00,00,000).[15] While filing her papers for the Lok Sabha election in 2004, she had declared her assets at a little over Rs 11 crore (Rs 11,00,00,000) . Mayawati's wealth grew by over 400% in these three years.
Do you think she is a Great.

Please remember with the support of Kalainghar,Murasolimaran and DMK only Mr.Vajpayee led NDA survived otherwise NDA chapter would have been closed much earlier. Now without DMK no Govt can be stable at the Centre.
This is the hard fact.

Indian Penal Code needs to be amended. The introduction of a clause or section is required stating that this law is NOT applicable to Film Stars, Politicians,Rich & Celebrities.

I am ready to bet nothing will come out of the case. Our judiciary has totally failed due to corruption and money chasing by so called reputed lawyers. These lawyers are thinking that they are doing great Job by saving the guilty.

Why did Pravin Mahajan go to Police station and surrenered himelf if he did not shoot his brother?

Why he said in the begining of the trial that he has no repentence in killing his brother.

It is surprising that court is allowing such defence.

This is not a first case. There are plent of them. Sanjay Dutt defence of possession of AK 56 Gun was accepted by judge as valid reason but fails to question the possession of granades which were found in his house. If he possessed AK 56 for family protection then why did he tried to disposed off the same in foundry putting his friends & innocent people into problems.

There are other cases Like Bofors case-Jesica Lal- Tandoor case-Godhara Masacar Riots after operation BLue Star etc etc.

It is said that people gets the Government- it deserves.

Contrary to our judicial system of abroad where M. Jeckson Mike Tyson & Even Mrs Mendella were not spared our system is acting in opposite direction where common people, who are not so dumb, started loosing faith in it.
I think India needs 1000 Mahatma Gandhis

Mahajan was no Mahatma
by outspoken on Oct 31, 2007 07:47 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is said that elder Mahajan had a penchant for all good things, a 5-star lifestyle and skill in raising funds for BJP and himself. Whether he had a hand in the killing of Shivani is not proved; but he too had a brutal end and that too at the hands of a brother indirectly suggests a divine twist in the whole affair. Like Tolstoy said; "God sees the truth but waits".

What is the motive of this news? I guess some cheap political adv. behind this. Though the incident was before 20 months still killer is not punished. If Pravin is not the killer (By his words) then who is the real killer?
If he is not the killer definitely Pravin will argue for justice for his brother, but not simply doing dirty things.
He himself seems agreeing that because of my brother's character I killed him.Punish him.

dr dinesh

please be assured pravin will escape punishment

there r brilliant lawyers in this country

and our legal system is full of potholes.

at the most pravin will be in pre-trial

custody for about 5/6 years till such

time public forget about promod mahajan

lock stock and barrel.

who remembers sushil kumar , ex-general

secretary of youth congress, who

not only killed his lover but also

roasted her in a tandoor kiln.

if parveen had been a resident of singapore

he would have been hanged by now.

we r a great democracy and even if

people roast 100 people in a train

they can comfortably get away with it.

human life is so cheap here.

god save our country.
