State govt has to focus on creating climate for business, investment to grow. That will creat jobs, income for people. He has to focus on giving job skills and having people participate in building infrastructure. This 2 is crucial. Also More than education, he has to train people in being sensitive to the 'rights and needs' of other that halp smoothen relationship and bring peace and make u healthy. In india its big problem, people are eogistic, busy with themselves. No one has time to think, feel need of others. so we have so much curuption and violance. Infact as Dalai Lama says the main purpose of education should be to train people understand right n need of other's. And every thing else will fall in place.
