That volcano theory is a crappy excuse for a vacation to india . I'm convinced that rajnikant went back in time and exterminated dinosaurs . Thats the only logical explanation :D
I think the Leftists have to be blamed... they did not like the nuke deal and due to the riots that unfolded after that, they un-pinned the volcano and it killed the dinos...

You hardly know anything about Tehelka and tarun Tejpal. They represent neutral & honest journalism. If you claim so much to be Indian try to read their old editions and you will find so much there which has nothing to do with the breaking news kind of stuff.
Just becaz Ashish did a wonderful job for Tehelka exposing Underbelly of us Hindus does not means you can dmean Tehelka and Mr. Tejpal

please learn to respect the prime minister of a democratic country where in an individual's views doesn't form governments.its the collective consensus that gives the politicians the powers.And by such baseless comments and mudslinging are we different from the politicians we end up accusing??? please don't bring in politics in scientific discussions. drawing parallels without evidence is the most unscientfic approach to problems.

To have a good idea of how nations are formed and why governments are what they are you need to go through a good book on public economics which takes into account ideologies and strategic behavior into accouunt..there are a billion issues in a nation, be it farmers suicide or be it the issues you have raised, the politicians are expected to play a big role but aint the common man also?? poverty, human rights vilation ,communal disharmony,crime,casteism, gender disparity and a million other issues exist at different levels and its not just for India but worldwide. Even if all the politicians are honest, even if all resources are optimally used today and in future, these can't be done away with...unless the historical baggage, the momentum of underdevelopment and mismanagement is overcome even at the individual psyce level...Politicians become easy targets and media has a good role to play as it portrays things as it wants to play..beleive me there are deeper and more urgent issues that go unnoticed daily..it calls for more than political will to transform a nation...its a process and every process takes time..the best we as aware and liberated individuals can do is contribute to the best of our abilities and stand up for those who cant help themselves..politicians or no politicians, individuals should know what it takes to bring in happiness in their lives and in each others...and don't forget that sometime in the future even this earth is fated for extinction!!!

No offence for ur remarks..but just ask yourself..Do you have the guts to head a nation of one billion plus??? If yes then go ahead and show it..its very easy to banter or mudsling but it takes a lot..the accountability, the decision making risks can affect every individual in the nation..i do admit that some would be tainted but we shouldn't generalize...
Well, India should do its own studies and not depend on outsiders. More these guys know about our country, more they use it else where. Beware of the White Ghosts (so they are called in Hong Kong).
They were all destroyed or Killed by terrorist attack. Terrorism roots are 65 million old deep and we should do something so as Mankind is not destroyed as Dinos.
Don't Laugh get Serious and act soon. This is more bigger problem then Global Warming.
There were three main volcanoes were responsible ... Rajinikanth, Shaqeela and Chiranjivi ... Few more smaller ones were ballaya, Vijaykanth and ravi teja ... The movies came out of them were toooooo hot to handle for the poor dinosaurs ... They suicided out of shame ... :-) Specially when chiru attacked them with rajini and gang in a flying tractor ...
