One Shri Haji Bilal, a Congress member of Nagarpalika, who has been booked by the police as the executor of the carnage, have been, according to locals, proudly proclaiming himself to be "Bin Laden of Godhra". President of the District Congress Committee, Farooq Malla and Congress activist and member of Godhra Nagarpalika, Abdul Rehman Dhatia, are amongst those booked for the carnage giving credence to reports that local Congressmen were actively involved in the burning of the train.

If thats true, then that is something that should be looked into. However, my intution tells me that the same guy caused the riots and Godra. comon, the riots followed Godra didn't they? without godra, there would be no riot. And without the riot, there would be no political mileage. and here someone did gain a lot of mileage
they want to know the truth as if they are ruling us and as if they are more powerful than india. they have to first look in to their Borders and also have to handover DAUD to india instead of making stupid comments.....

The train - crammed with Hindus returning from a disputed religious site - came under a barrage of stones and was then set alight as it pulled out of a station in Godhra - a town in the western state of Gujarat.

Several carriages were gutted and some victims were burned beyond recognition, officials said.

There was a BJP government in the state and the centre. They should be ashamed that Godhra killers were never found or punished. Now we know who the real hizdas are.
