gladiator ji, You should be given noble peace prize :-). have you ever written against the murderer of BRO engieer who was axed in afganistan and why? do you know who is doing all terriost attack in peacful India? if know, reply here .. I condemn all the such attack but if it is done by one community, i and you should also speak about that..

Yeah, in India if you burn two xtian kids below 10 years you should be punished. But if you kill scores of poor Hindu kids then you shouldn't be even charge sheeted (just list Pandher was).

Jihadis are not even charge sheeted. Take the case of Bitta Karate who killed more than 22 Hindus in Kashmir. He is released free last year without charge.

Hindus are not cruel and thus there are no cruel hindu standards. There is no record of hindus every torturing anybody of any other religion. Hindus have only retaliated.
First the hindu organisations were "painted" fundamentalist, just so that the secular junta can say fundamentalism exists in all religions. They even call hindu organisations militant, while they have only and rightly retaliated, never started any riots. Obviously being a muslim you too belong to the tribe where you will not lose any opportunity to blame hindus and hindu organisations

Congratulations!, You belong to the tribe of "Criminal Mentality". The Dharma which you are speaking about is about protecting the weak. If you want to protect this so called Dharma, Pl. go to the state of Kashmir and help our brave Jawans.
Dharma is not about killing innocent people but punishing the guilty.
He should spend his life behind bars doing hard labour. Our constitution should have a provision such that for henious crimes and repetead crimes, ones sentences should be run one after the other and not concurrently.

I am a right wing hindu. I used to be secular before, but the acts and thoughts of other religions as well as that of Congress and CPIM have changed my mind.
Even being that, I cannot understand how Dara Singh should be avoided punishment for killing two innocent kids. He should have only killed the conversion guy.

Vinay, the problem is on the one hand to set free a jihadi like bitta karate and try to scuttle the death sentence given to afzal. And on the other you hand out 3 life imprisonment for a Hindu. Doesn't this speak about double standards in our judiciary?
