Congress can easily arrange PETI to neutral menmbers. Governor should give some time for Congress to arrange PETI. Matter will be very clear. I am sure Congress will be forming next Govt. Afterall running Gogt is a business baba.
"the Congress plans to tell the governor not to invite the BJP". Who is COngress to "tell" governor? At most, they can "request". Congress has made joke of Governors since decades. All Governors appointed are ex congressman who are old and useless otherwise.

he is shameless when after enjoying Govt with BJP , he is refused to give CM seat to BJP ...and have tried to control whole FATE of karnataka in his own hand ...
This situation is not surprising as it is nature's rule and God's justice to deve gowda ...
As per earlier news, He cheated BJP contract and now getting Cheated by some body like Mr Prakash and Congress ...
No one is thinking beyond self interest ...But by any way ..elections should be avoided in karnataka ... Now Governer will play important Role ...WHICH may put BJP , DEVE GOWDA ...away from forming Govt.again.
Dewegowda & his son has openly betrayed congress, BJP & the people in karnataka. They are mocking on the voters intelligence. Next elections people in Karnataka must make sure that they donot win even their own seats
