I agree with muktri. But, the congress govt will lose its valuable vote bank. So,we cannot expect them to do this. Half of Mumbai is slums.. and these slums have 80% bangladeshis, who have the right to vote in india... Just imagine the filthies n mindless fanatic choose our leaders!
