Although as a conscientious citizen of republic of india I deplore any acts of killing, be it state sponsored riots. But tehelka hasn't brought anything new, it will be naive to believe that what tehelka has brought out is a sensation. "Afwahen yun hi nahin failti unka bhi kahin thikana hota hai" similarly here also. But It will naive for any person to believe that it has been done first time. and definitely I will not enumerate each of the riots that has occurred in the so called democratic country with the state collusion. But what people has to think about is what is the solution? It doesn't bear out that VHP or for that matter any evil sect religion will firstly map the future incidences not even al quaeda for instance, that firstly they will burn a train full of ladies and kids and then further kill 2000 people loosing 750 of their own, I mean what kinda planning is this (sure to disappoint the conspiracy theorists). So that leaves us with the usual well known option that mob of a muslim community barbecuing 60 people of pious variety of hindus. Which further encouraged the future riots (be it state sponsored or otherwise). Now lets think of other possibility, what would have been done if riots wouldn't have happened. It will be usual hindus coward and muslims bully story for which nothing could be done, believe me nothing could have been done. I have never ever seen a sting operation in which journos will go into a muslim ghetto and sting a person ....
3 Modi in West Bengal, 3 Modi in North East 4 Modi in the South, 3 Modi in the middle, 4 Modi in North. Then India will prosper as well as will be in better control from "rogue hand" into safe hand(s).
You have selected the timing when Gujrat is going for polls.Election Commission must come into action for such nonsense investigations. Further, if there is a truth behind your revealations, why donot you file a case in the supreme court.

Such hypocrite leaders will rule till we have such people like you supporting them. Please understand progress is in unity and not in fighting. India is progressing like anything and if we still encourage such ladaku politicians, I am sorry we dont see bright future. So please at least educated person lik you should not be an extremist. :)
It happend in 2002 and thatoo is reaction for something happend. Now talking abt this is unnecessary for anybody. And why Tehelka taking that issue now. Its simple, He ruled the state for 5 yrs. Now judge based on what he done and what he didnt do. leaving that incidence, if he ruled the state better than any others, then damn sure he deserve to win, otherwise has to loose. Nobody talks abt things his governance in last 5 yrs. Thats imporant.

I guess Tehelka guys have no other story to cover. There are much more burning issues that need sting operation other than this. Till date there are tonnes of articles and footages on TV about Gujarat riot(2002), Mumbai blast and riots (1992) and sikh riots in Delhi(1984). How long are we going to spend our time energy and effort on past issues. Come on Tehelka, and other Media people we want issues that will change common Indian's living to be shown and fought for. Issues like education improvement, mal-nourishment, health care, roads etc... Hit where you can make a better difference to the Indian society. Donot fuel dead emotions by reports like this. And for GOD's sake no more Partition stories...
All the Indian brother's and sisters including me should stop showing interests in any news that speaks about past riots and other inflamatory issues...we need to look forward..

From indepence till guj. riots how many hindus were killed by muslims?
How many hindus were killed in kashmir?
How many innocent people were and are killed in your jehad?
You cannot come out and say anything against these muslims.
These terroists are living in your area among you and you give them shelter them and never bring out the terroists.
For 2000 yrs Muslims have killed us maybe more than they killed cattle. - Start with Hindu-Kush. Present day Aghanistan or Pakistan which was a predominantly Hindu area. FYI..there still Hindus there living under constant threat
