Bais, favouritism, nepotism and what not in the judgment....
by ravi nair on Oct 24, 2007 12:04 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Amaramani and party should not be bothered at all on the judgement as the precedence goes to favour them too: exonerating, bailing out, probation of the convicted and jailed ones be it Soren, Sanjay Dutt or Salman Khan...

Sorry Guy, you seem to be a totally crazy case. How on earth can you make such a statement? Have you forgotten that President Kalam, one of the most admired person in the country is a muslim? A.R.Rahman, most talented musician is a muslim, ShahRukh/Aamir are muslims. The cricket team has many muslims who are making the nation proud.
BTW, Who has given you the right or authority to ask muslims to prove they are REALLY INDIANS? It's the pathetic worms like you who are causing Hindu muslim disturbances. If you are so brave, why don't you go and kill Dawood and all those who are responsible for bomb blasts? Don't target innocent muslims. They are as much Indians as you and me.

Dont call him Sibu Soren. The Advocate who fought his case were calling "SIBU Nahi ye Andhi Hai Jharkhand ka ye GANDHI hai" seems Gandhiji Killed his PA for disclosing the secrets

Why can't our Judiciary system take hard stand against criminals? and if they can't, Judge should be made accountable too.

Wow!
by Bhaggam on Oct 24, 2007 11:37 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

How long is a life sentence. 14 years with chance of parole for good behaviour?

What is the guarantee that these convicts will really spend more than a year or 2 behind bars. Will they be treated as ordinary criminals?

It's heartening to know that even a few high-&-mighty have to pay for their crimes in this life. Otherwise it was so easy to get away if one had connections, just a few years back.

The people of India would like to see more such evil & corrupt politicos etc. being punished for their misdeeds, done with a perpetual feeling they are above any laws.

The judiciary, media, investigating authorities, but above all.. PEOPLE of INDIA need to be congratulated for enabling light to be seen at the end of the tube.

Unfortuntely friend, this is only a flash of light. There will be more appeals and bail-outs and it will be decades by the time final judgement comes..

It is misunderstood that life term is only for 14 years. As per supreme coutrs recent clarification it can be upto natural death of the convict

Now.....high court then supreme court
by Vishal Dixit on Oct 24, 2007 11:33 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Now the case will go to HC, then SC. In the mean time, culprits would become old and would die due to old age. Simple.
