We get what we deserve
by on Oct 25, 2007 09:30 PM  Permalink

Madhumita did a great service to the country by getting herself killed with the child of this monster in her belly. This alone could send this man behind bars. Please remember that this guy has 32 murder cases aginst him. Yet all our political parties will patronise him, and our people will elect him. There's no point blaming our politicians. People get the government they deserve.

crime and punishment

The murder was planned by Amarmanis wife as she feared that madhumita could take her place. In that context, what she did was not totally wrong. On her part, madhumita was on the wrong as she planned to push out amarmanis wife as she was younger and more beautifull. She was not a bholi bhali girl. She knew her plan well and was executing it very well. She did not abort the child as she wanted it as proof for her relations so that she could press amarmani to divorce her existing wife. she would have become mrs minister. a superb progress for a budding poetess. She was killed for her mis deeds.

Madhumita ke ghar walo ko bhi sochana chahiya tha ki BITIA kaun si kavita kahati hai jisase itni kamai hoti hai ki woh Ceillo Car maintain kare and luxrious life enjoy kare.

Saare ma and baap ko apne Bachcho ke kharcho par Dhyan rakhna chahiye khas kar female child ke case me.

That is right. Sleeping with a married man may be unethical but murder is criminal. Let the torchbearers of morality not confuse between the two...

Victim Vs. Victim
by Kaka Mehra on Oct 24, 2007 02:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

What Amarmani had done was indeed a henious crime. But the question arises why Madhumita was in love with a married & powerful man/politician. Perhaps, she was a very ambitious and greedy girl. Nobody can deny that she must have fully enjoyed money and power of the MLA. Why she did not love a normal man of his age and status ? What else the result could be ? Does'nt it look that both of them are Victim vs. Victim ?

I agree to the point it is not the child who is guily but parents should alos be punshed for freely allowing their children to roam any where. this should he a stepping stone for other parents. I hope other should learn lesson from it and at least try to understant where they are wrong or right

Dear Anil Kumar, should I remind you that madhumita was an adult. She can legally sleep with whoever she likes. Parents cannot force their moralities on an adult daughter. Murder is a crime, sleeping is not. Please do not forget that!!!

I AGREE.
Madhumita ke ghar walo ko bhi sochana chahiya tha ki BITIA kaun si kavita kahati hai jisase itni kamai hoti hai ki woh Ceillo Car maintain kare and luxrious life enjoy kare. They are also responsible.

Amaramani and party should not be bothered at all on the judgement as the precedence goes to favour them too: exonerating, bailing out, probation of the convicted and jailed ones be it Soren, Sanjay Dutt or Salman Khan... _________WiFiBOLLYWOOD.COM

No problem

Its only the Dehradun court which has awarded the punishment. I am sure the culprits will approach the Supreme Court now and justice will again be delayed, who knows they may even be let off
Everything ends at the doors of the supremen court. All lower courts are being mocked at.
Why not fight out everything in Supreme Court only and disband all other courts?

No dear, he stands two chances. first he can go to High Court..if fails then supreme court. NO convict can directly appeal In SC bypassing High Court.
