will it b possible for other states too? like there is case in gujarat also..... court declare it was fake encounter bu nothing has hapen yet??? so is it possible for all the states this type decision????

memons and his frnds responsible for blasts should be hanged so also hang responsible for mumbai riots, gujarat riots ( including godhra carnage)
I feel the culprit senior policemen should not get any relief in High Court or even in Supreme Court. Only the junior most i.e. Costable or Head Costable should be allowed to get some releief in higher court.

Had this thing happened in Kashmir, I m sure that all of you would have hailed these Policemen. After all this is the order of the day in Kashmir. Any thank God atleast the culprits have been punished here.

Yeah - and when u Muslims drove those Kashmiri Hindus by killing as many as possible U hailed it as a Jihad ? The killing of Innocents is hailed amongst U Muslims as Jihad but when killed in Retaliation it becomes a Human Rights Issue ? As if only Jihadis have a right to kill ?

muslim bhai, 80000 killed and 75000 drawn away in kashmir... can any no. beat this????? why there is no single fatwa against terrorist if u dont support them?
There have been various instances when the law keepers have turned into brutal law breakers,this being one of them.In no way should the department try to hide the facts and figures.Kudos to the court abd CBI.
