he is the koohinoor of orissa,he is a great cm and in his tenture he has done a lot of progressive work apart from developing industries he has also given stress on rural developments so it is obvious that naveen pattanaik is comming for 3rd term so orissa be ready to witness a new sunrise of new orissa .
The reason is simple.He has shown tremendous maturity and political shrewdness while crushing opposition singlehandedly.Naveen Babu is a visionary like his father.The people of Orissa understands that.The only problem is the his subordinates and inefficient beurocracy.If Naveen Babu manages to handle them properly even a foirth term as Chief Minister is possible. What's wrong in thinking globaly, why and how we can slip out this oppurtinity of seeing orissa as a industrial hub for some few tribals who knows nothing abt what gonna happen if industry comes in. Look at the Kalinga Nagar issue..this stupid congress party masterminded to stop Naveen to progress industry and the result is some innocent people dead and the progress hulted, the investors got confused...lost trust..and ofc some crocodile tears from Congress.. thanks to that bit*h Sonia Gandi for coming and shading tears. Can anyone answer that can we stop whole orissa's progress just because of some few tribal people's land.. rather congress shd suport this. Naveen is a guy who never advertises himlself like the congress does.. so naveen should come. it's time Wake up Oriyans...
1. First of all he should publicly distribute his CV stating his achievements during his leadership as Cm of Orissa 2. Why he is going to break the environment with industrial plants ? 3. Why he is not aggressively advertising Orissa as a IT hub ? 4. Why the govt is not allowing retail bigies in state ? rather supporting the middle dalals, who are eating the consumers money and not giving the right amount to farmers ? 5. I am a north Indian,being from Defence Services had the opportunity to serve the country in almost all parts including Orissa. Orissa is one of those states which, I loved most. I don't know ovrerall performance of Mr Naveen Patnaik but if he is really good they must feel lucky for having efficient C M and not like the other states where power hungry CMs are there latest example is Karnataka.People of both states are excellent they must support/eliminate the politicians as per their merits with power of vote which contitution has vested in them and should not go by their caste, religion and area or any other consideration. Then only we can say our country has real democracy.
Handling of Posco might be an aberration for this Government. But Still it is better than what Orissa has seen since Biju Pattnaik's Government in the 50s. This government is Flawed probably fatally still it is better than most other governments in the region. It is not communal despite sharing power with BJP. It is not Corrupt (atleast not overtly), and it had handled grassroots well in times of natural crisis. Yes it could have done more , but there is no alternative to it . atleast now.
What you want to say... Mr. pattanaik is best waht Orissa people knows. Congress at centre is doing worst towards this state. You want only congress to come to power in Orissa. What can you do for Orissa? You center...selfish and low mentality politicians..

Can you tell me what Congress is doing towards this state and what it should be doing? Its easy to make comments sitting here. Just see the National Rural Employment Scheme launched by the government throughout the country. And before making any adverse comments on this scheme go out and look how it is benefiting the poor.

Who are you to say for distribution of his CV... Cure of corruption is coming from centre. He is not PM of India and how can he cure it fully. He is trying his best. Center denied for a IIT that has been planned much much before... Is it a corruption... Like wise there were many. People induldged in fodder scam ate crores of rupees but became clean handed by supporting congress ... Is it corruption? You congress ....Makeing all the misery to India.
I heard that this guy started learning Oriya after he became CM. The impression I get is that, like his father, he only thinks of giant projects and big investors. It never worked. No where! I sympathize with the humble people of this state. I hope they get a CM like Ramakrishna Hegde one day.
