CONGRESS AND LEFT BOTH ARE PLAYING CAT AND MOUSE PLAY
by wani bhardwaj on Oct 22, 2007 04:47 PM  Permalink

Both Congress and Left, playing cat and mouse and cheating the public at the cost of Indian Exchequer. It seems that they both are playing dirty politics on 123 agreements: As far as Congress is concerned, they have categorically stated for go ahead of the agreement; leftists but strongly opposing this decision and making voices every day on this issue. However, both are not ready to face election on this issue. Even though opinion polls are giving picture of coalition govt. in the next election as well, no body can conclude which way the wind is blowing. May be it goes to NDA or it goes to UPA without Left. It may also go for UNPA - the third front way as well. It is clear that NDA, if it comes to power will definitely re-negotiate this deal, as they are not opposing this deal, but only certain clauses, which they would like to renegotiate with USA. In case of UPA if comes to power without Left in the next general election, (if Congress has a say, say more tha 200 seats, then only) will go ahead without making any amendements and pass it at any cost. If UNPA and Leftists able to cobble the majority mark 250 , then India can forget about this agreement. We don't think as already stated above, which way will the wind blows in the next general election. However, if LEFTISTS are continuing to play this type of CAT AND MOUSE with already taken confirmed decision on 123 agreement, by Indian National Congress, they are of course living in a fool's paradise and we expect that at an

If thisis the tactics they have played this isssue like this they shoud be thrown out of India as they have wasted so many man hours, time parliament hours all official time of all the gOVERNMENT SERVANTS ECT ECT AND AS ON TODAY THE ISSUE IS SEEMS TO BE GIVEN NO IMPORTANCE, I ONLY WISH THE PEOPLE IN THE COMING ELCTION SHOUD NOR EVEN ONE SEAT AND MAKE THEM NO IMPORTANCE AND WIPE THEM OUT. AT LEAST THE CONGRESS SHOULD GET OUT OF THIS UNPRINCIPLED PARTY AND GRACEFULLY CONTEST ALL ALONE AND THEY WILL GET A CLEAR MAJORITY. IF YOU CONTINUE THE ALLIANCE WITH THE LEFT YOU WILL ALSO BECOME ZERO. THIS IS A VERY GREAT CAUTION.
