Do Not misguided by English Media
by manoj thaker on Oct 22, 2007 04:03 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Do not get misguided by English media, pseudu secularists, Gujarat has progressed beyond limits during last five years.
They say Gujarat's competition is not with other states but with Japan/ Korea. this may be exagaration but very close to the truth.
FDI is coming thick and fast, All leading industrialists are coming and enjoying success in Gujarat, thanks to good infrastructure and peace prevailing here.
Do ot misguided by propaganda by english media. Gujarat needs Modi

You have to move out of gujarat to see development. Come down south to chennai, hyderabad, bangalore or go up north to places like delhi, gurgaon, chandigarh and then speak. Korea/Japan::-)) u have to compete with Uttarakhand and pondicherry first

Then don't make stupid claims like Gujarat is competing with Korea ... Gujarat can't compete with Gurgaon and you talk of Korea. India in general is doing well and Gujarat is not doing too badly . I know of no one educated , professionally qualified in Bangalore , Bombay or Delhi even thinking of taking up a job in Gujarat let alone invest there. So you guys can dream up your "prosperity" and be happy there. Oh I forget ... you can't even drink to that !!

Well Anurag, I am a chartered accountant by qualification, a research analyst by profession and I am more than willing to work in Gujarat...............also to let u know that many of my freinds who happen to be chartered accountants are merrily working there. Infact Gujarat is one of the state which really thrives upon enterpreneurship of the people out there. I don't understand ur problem, u r comparing Gurgaon with a state. Having lots of malls, shopping complexes, discos, and multiplexes is not a benchmark of development. U see the overall picture and also as to how many people on mass basis gets benefited not a handful of metro living people who are anyways affluent.......Open ur eyes and go around Haryana (state in which Gurgaon is located)and u will come to know the harsh reality of backwardness and poverty.

Modi is the greatest and tallest Indian leader who is alive today. We should all hope that he becomes PM of India one day. Then India will become a superpowr.

Tallest leader ? we saw his performance in the Karan Thapar interview. This chap can't attend a press conference and you call him a leader . He is not fit to be a municipality chaprasi. And imagine him talking to US , European and Pakistani leaders - they would make him look like a complete idiot. I have seen how leaders have got the better of Karan Thapar even when he went ballastic on them and that was because they had the brains to handle Karan Thapar and give him a dose of his own medicine.

Beautiful answer. I stayed in ahmedabad for 6 month and enjoyed the people's way of living. They are not discussing politics, cinema etc like other state people. The media only focussing Gujarat in bad shape. their policy is if you are not disturbing I wont disturb you. And I have seen everywhere development work is going on. I even heard corruption is at very min. level. Congrats Gujaratis! I proud to have you people with us in India. You know what is good for the state and dont bother barkings from other state so called seculars (Definition- Hurting Hindus and their sentiments and acting against constitution to please minorities for cheap vote politics). I never seen any people discussing about other state elections like this. that is the success of Modi as no body can hurt him in gujarat and media and so called seculars trying to spoil him outside Gujarat.

Modi did great! any stupid can ask Karan thaper's like q's angain and again even after 5 years in and interview. But Modi realised his crocked intension like a much matured politician and avoided him.

Just because of this incident Karan's intension was boomeranged those whom he was working for.

Why this Modi dislike
by ramachandran nair on Oct 22, 2007 03:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

As the assembly elections in Gujarat are only a few weeks away, Modi baiting has become the order of the day. Can these people )media included) who after Modi's blood, pause for a moment and assess dispassiontely the development that Gujarat has seen in the last five-six years. At least the people of Gujarat are well aware of it and they know what to do in the election despite a handful of dissidents overtly supported by Congress.

shameless CHEAP minister
He doesn't have guts to respond to the question raised during interview. Person in high level office should behave in polite and responsible manner. If he is a responsible minister then he should have responded to the person who was sitting as a representative of people(media). He must understand it is not state assembly to walk out. He is shameless CHEAP minister, and the incident is shamefull to him,BJP and his supporters..

Modi has sent a thank you card to George Bush for not letting him in US
by Anurag Shrivastava on Oct 22, 2007 03:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Reason : Thapar interview

Modi ki phat gayi thi. If you see the interview - you will know how he was sweating and asking for water. Modi is used to all those idiots in his state give him "respect" .... he can't handle a reporter like Karan Thapar .... we can wonder how he will handle tough reporters abroad. He must thank George Bush for not letting him in US else Modi would have had to be hospitalised for nervous breakdown.
