90% of arms now being shipped to SL comes from Pakistan and China, and ISI now has an office in SL's Govt Admin Bldg. Even with Free-trade agreement and like between India sand SL, the SL govt has been hard at work conniving with Pak and China against India.
FOr one, the Afghan Mujahideen is now defunct .. They were enemies of Taliban/Al-Qaeda. In fact the Mujahideens are the good guys now because they are in power.
Secondly, Kurdistan is also almost a reality now after Sadam Husain's downfall. Infact USA has asked Turkey to keep off the Kurds.
THirdly, Al-Qaeda will never deal with LTTE because of the past. LTTE's relationship with the MUslims is common knowledge and Al-Qaeda are Jihadist fundamentalists.
ULFA is an ISI creation. ISI already has its ambassadors in COlombo supporting the SL GOvernment (according to rediff few months back).

With Sri Lankan Goverments blessing. Saudi Arabia and Pakistand have opened madrasa style schools in eastern Sri Lanka. They teach fundamentalist Islam and to hate the idigenous Tamils Hindus, to the local Tamil speaking Muslims.They also brain wash them to think that they are not Tamils but Arabs and lo hate the Tamil language but to love Arabic.This is one ofthe Sinhala conspiracy to use the local Mulimes to chase the Tamil Hindus wo are the indegenous population in eastern Sri Lanka. The fundamentalist Muslims want Eastern Sri Lanka as a Muslim state and the Sinhalas want it for themsleves so both have colluded to cahse the Tamil Hindus from there. Te Si lankan government is not aware of ehat it is in for. The manly HIndu LTTe is never going to Collude whith these extremist Muslim organisatons. why to kill and ethnically cleanse the Tamil population. In eastern Sri Lanka the almost 100% Hindu Tamils and even the CHristian Tamils do not like th Tamil Mulsims and distrust them that is a fact. If they can they will avoid them and will never enter Muslim villages. Many Muslims clame to Eastern and Norther Sri Lanka as refugees during the POrtuguese period . they were rivals to the Prtuguse for trade and d refuesd to convert. They have never been greteful to the HIUndu Tamils for this but always turn against them . that is the reason the LTTE chased them from the North. Looks like in the same way as all the intelligence agencies of all nations agreeing to share their data with each other for effective curbing of terrorism, all terrorist organisations have agreed to share resources and are signing pacts with each other.
