Election commission is not dancing to the tunes of ruling party. The same thing happened in Tamilnadu during by polls at Madurai. If it is against Congress then it would be appriciated. But, if it is against BJP then the EC is blamed. This kind of stern action required for fair election especially against CMs like Modi, Karunanidhi etc
