Give muslim reservations/ Hire more illegal bangladeshi/paki muslims/ Give free haz trips so that they can go out and meet others and learn new techniqs
Hadith Sahih Bukhari Book 14, Number 2635: Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: I am commanded to fight with infidels till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Apostle, face our qiblah (direction of prayer), eat what we slaughter, and pray like us. When they do that, their life and property are unlawful for us except what is due to them. They will have the same rights as the Muslims have, and have the same responsibilities as the Muslims have.
Three worldly things used to give pleasure to Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him): food, women and perfume. He acquired two, but one he did not acquire. He acquired women and perfume, but not food.

Hadith Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 34, Number 432: Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
that while he was sitting with Allah's Apostle he said, "O Allah's Apostle! We get female captives as our share of booty, and we are interested in their prices, what is your opinion about coitus interruptus?" The Prophet said, "Do you really do that? It is better for you not to do it. No soul that which Allah has destined to exist, but will surely come into existence.(No need to worry if she becomes pregnant,for that has been ordained by Allah)
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith Hadith 4002 . Narrated byAnas ibn Malik
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said on that day, meaning the day of Hunayn, "He who kills an infidel receives what he takes from the infidel." AbuTalhah killed twenty infidels that day and was allowed to keep what he had taken from them.
%u201CAlso forbidden are women already married, except those (captive sex slaves ) whom your right hands possess. Thus has Allah ordained for you%u2026..%u201D
This sura allows muslims to capture women after war and use them as sex slaves. such sex slaves are referred to in the koran as "Ma Malakat Aymanukum" in arabic, literally meaning 'the one whom your right hand possesses'

Tafsir Mawdudi on Koran Sura 4:24, Book2, page 112, footnote 44:
%u201CThat is, Those women, who became prisoners of war, while their husbands are left behind in the War Zone, are not unlawful because their marriage ties have been broken by the fact that they have come into the Islamic Zone. It is lawful to marry such women and make them wives, and it is also lawful for those, in whose possession they are, to have sexual relations with them.
Tafsir al-Jalalayn (4:24) states:
"And, forbidden to you are, wedded women, those with spouses, that you should marry them before they have left their spouses, be they Muslim free women or not; save what your right hands own, of captured [slave] girls, whom you may have sexual intercourse with, even if they should have spouses among the enemy camp, but only after they have been absolved of the possibility of pregnancy [after the completion of one menstrual cycle]; this is what God has prescribed for you (kitaba is in the accusative because it is the verbal noun)-"
Tafsir Ibn Abbas (4:24) states:
"(And all married women (are forbidden unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess) of captives, even if they have husbands in the Abode of War, after ascertaining that they are not pregnant, by waiting for the lapse of one period of menstruation"
