RTI anyone
by Bodh Ramdeo on Oct 11, 2007 06:44 PM  Permalink

Could be wrong, but wasn't it the NDA govt which first broached this RTI topic?
As for Pak, well, they're a people without any history prior to '47 - they suddenly came into existence - they fell straight of out Muslim Heaven. And soon there'll be not just Muslim Cricket, but Muslim everything - Muslim water, Muslim rice, Muslim chickens, Muslim dirt, Muslim rain, Muslim snow, Muslim swimming, Muslim golf, Muslim guns...blah, blah, blah, and Pakistan, the Defender and Protector of all Muslims everywhere in the universe, will apologize to the entire Muslim world, every time the Paki team loses any Muslim game, or have a Muslim drought, or Muslim flood, or Muslim earthquake etc., at least that's how Pakis see it?

Wah Wah Wah .....

Though I'm not in for any political party, but agree with you th Congress did the gr8 mistake in 1947. Kass aisa hota ....

And above all Pak has taken the CONTRACT for all the Muslims around the world. See what the pak cricket captain said in the final Twenty20 WC recently. He said "We are sorry to all the Muslims globally th we gave our 100% but lost the match"

Was it a match between Muslims and non-Muslims ? So pitty :(

congress did the best job. The implementation of RTI is the best job that congress has done for Indians. Congress also working for National Integration hopefully it will also give strength and stability.

Congress is modern and proactive and far-sighted party by their work, and vision we stand shoulder shoulder with strong countries. The Positive thinking of their leaders, Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Sing, Ambika Soni, Chidambaram , Mani Shanker Aiyer and many leaders they exllent people. Congress is the only party which has excellent leadership. the leaders with naive.

Yes, RTI implementation is a good job done by Cong indeed. But DO NOT say that they are working for National Integration :(

Congress is the ONLY party who believes in Vote banking and as long as the ratio of illiterate ppl in India is high they will continue their victory.

If they can they MUST implement CCC (Common Civil Code). And we know they ll not do that. Coz they ll not votes from their bank.

Why the hell there ll be diff laws for diff community/caste ??? First of all we are Indian and who wants live in India MUST ve to obey ONE law.

What CCC should be there. Is this that the law follwed by the majority community is the law to be follwed by all, if that is the case than we can not call it CCC.

FYI; CCC is not for any majority/minority
It is for everyone who wants live in India and pray/work for India.

Why the hell there will be diff laws ? Is it good for India ? Those who are opposing CCC are the real culprits of our country and they do not want the progress of India and they celebrate when Pak wins the match.

Who is Sonia ?
What is her identity ? Some Indian goats are following her only for her surname "GANDHI".

Her identity is ONLY the wife of late R.Gandhi and who is an ITALIAN and also having relation with Quotrochi

What she knows abt Gandhi th she had gone to UN to celebrate non-violence day ?

Is there scarcity of leaders in India who knows better abt GANDHI th they sent Sonia ?

Till now she reads the pre-written speech, nothing comes from her mind.

Shame on us, from a country of more than 100 crore we did not found a person to represent our country :(

RTI
by Lovekesh Jain on Oct 11, 2007 05:08 PM  Permalink

We should always remember that people against RTI outnumber those who really dare it. Failures are there but if we unite ourselves we can make RTI successful.Let's stop becoming mute observers. Most important thing is the art of aking right question, most backout or fail because they do not ask the right question. A forum of those expert is called upon through this message.

Swaraj!!! My foot
by kumar kumar on Oct 11, 2007 04:58 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Corrupt officials and politicians will always find a way around any of the laws that are promulgated. We had one such case in Andhra Pradesh where some valuable lands were usurped by some benami elements in the name of freedom fighters with tacit help from politicians and revenue officials. ETV channel got information about it and stated asking for documents under RTI act regarding the allotees of the land. Even at the district collector level they claim they do not have the information and hence cannot give it. Lands have been alloted but the revenue authorities do not have information. How funny and see how they circumvent law.
