Fully agree to the point that the entire Gowda family stinks.. they are a bane on the future & development of Karnataka. It's a national shame that a person like senior Gowda became Prime Minister of the nation once. We ought to hang our heads in shame.. All said & done, now wonder what's going to be the fate of the state !

all bureaucrats, municipal employees, police force and their families will vote for JD(s)in return of the promotions and in anticipation of more. The police force may also assist JD(S) in case they have to do rigging in the next poll...another type of return of favour

this keeps on happening in India, and is common for all governments and states.
this is the true face of Indian Democracy - nexus of politicians and bureacracy. this is the nexus which is destroying India and their is only one remedy - PUBLIC HAS TO RISE AGAINST IT
Vicky nanjappa has cleverly written the article to convey many things that needs be read between the lines. He would be really happy as many in this board too have nicely elaborated what he wanted to convey. it is now interesting to know how people in general have taken this and would decide when the elections are held.

Do you think that you will have a chance to decide who is going to rule you. If you think so, I am feel sorry for you.
Nobody in this forum, seems to have understood one basic subject. Hereunder we present as to why these people are effecting these transfers and promotions.
Please look at the nearby state of Tamilnadu.
In an open meeting forum like Tamilnadu Government Employees Organization or so, all speakers / Government officials during their speech have taken oath in the presence of His Highness Karunanidhi that he is their saviour and they have woved to see that he comes to power again and by all means they will stop Jayalalitha coming back to power. Just think, these are the people who are going to be in the booths for election. They can do anything.
Long live Arrogant Government Officials and Long live politicians like His highness Karunanidhi and Kumaraswamy.
No TRANSFER of POWER and it is only TRANSFER OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

As Shri.Kumaraswamy was forced not to transfer the power at least he got an opportunity to transfer Government Officials.
Somewhere someone is pleased and all this happened in Karnataka Politics only due to the POWERFUL MAHALAYA AMAVASYA which has fallen due and after all human beings have no other choice except falling PREY to this NATURAL DESTINY.
This is not the first instance which has happened due to MAHALAYA AMAVASYA - there are plenty and plenty of examples which cannot be written but only by experience people come to know.

Devegowda & his family is the biggest threat to karnataka & India than pakistan. He is a an avatar of RAVANA & his sons are body without without brains. Their property should be confiscated immediately. KIADB & ALL GOVT agencies were adversely used as the real estate agents to grab the govt.lands in all over karnataka. devegowda & his sons are the biggesst tragedy in the history of karnataka. They will never be happy in their life forever.

I agree with you. The entire family should be wiped out from the earth.
It is an old saying. You get the government you deserve. It is not only in Karnatka. It is happening in Centre also. No one is worried about the immediate taskd ahead. They all are thinking on how to save their fiefdoms, let country go to dogs. it does not matter whether it is the nuke deal or Ram Setu or Karnataka case. You can see the symptoms are same everywhere. The best thing that we can do is - choose people with integrity and sense of purpose, determination, focus, committment and who are true leaders.

Easier said than done! Its a process, which has to evolve! One thing that I and you can do is to CAST OUR VOTE! Almost 50% Indians do not care to CAST VOTE says it all!
As such do not play the role of a SENSATIONAL MEDIA too! Most of the channels are focusing on catching more eye balls than genuinely
The other day Arnob Chaudhary of NDTV 24x7 was speaking as if he knows everything about what is gonna happen in the future! He repeatedyl asking "Country wants to know"... "People of India want to know"... as to whats is your strategy about the possible elections etc...! It is pathetic! No one has authorized Aron to ask questions on my behalf!
We must start such movements by voicing out our opinion LOUD and CLEAR!

stanumedia, it is not just "You and I", if willing, we can spread this through our relatives, friends and asking them to spread again. On the day of voting, we try to find an excuse to go for a short picnic. People from lower stratum cast their votes, it is obviously influenced by money or any other form of loyalty. Until and Unless, educated people comeout of picnic syndrom and vote for the betterment of state or country, unlikely anything going to change.

All can provide excellent advice. You can see when election takes place, the politicians know that money plays a good role.Just like in Panchayat elections where it was said that each vote purchased for 500 or 1000 rupees,in assembly election a little more that this.So those who won in the past surely win again and thus it will be not a majority. The electorate also knows how to make money. Those govt officers now benefited surely and sincerely serve one who helped them. The BJP should also learn how to en cash the post.Hi JDS the great!!! You will surly honored by the great almighty for the great service rendered to the Karnataka people.

how about military rule..why do we shy from it..we need it for a couple of years to put democracy on correct track..and before its done the political class will be cleansed of filth ...lets not get carried away by hat we see in pak..we definitely need military rule for a short time..
Every body does the same earlier also what Kumaraswamy does now. One has to expect this because constitution has loop holes to cover all these practices. If the transfers are working good for the mass, accept it or try to teach a lesson to the official who secured a transfer through the back door.

Mr. Nair, can you please enlight us with the clause in the constitution, you have referred. You are talking about teaching lesson to those, who secured transfer, but what about those, who effected it.
